We’re very sorry to hear about your interaction with a neighboring individual—this is certainly not the experience we want our guests to have, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. While neighbors are not affiliated with the property, we understand how this could affect your stay. We also appreciate your comments regarding the exterior and will be sharing this feedback with the property owner for review. Guest input is important to us as we continue working to improve the overall experience. Thank you again for staying with us, and we hope to have the opportunity to host you again in the future.
