It’s decorated super cozy and there’s plenty of room for everyone! It also doesn’t hurt that this is gulf front! The beautiful emerald coast is just steps away! We are sorry to hear that you had issues during your stay. 30A works off of one tower so the wifi can be spotty at times. Also, we are happy to report that a new faucet has been ordered and a new washer and dryer are being installed this week! Emily, We sincerely apologize for the lack of hot water at the property when you arrived. We were informed the day you were set to arrive, that there was no hot water at the property. Since the issue was with the hot water heater, we had to contact a 3rd party plumber to address the problem. We were able to resolve the issue while on your stay and after your departer we refunded you a portion of your total booking cost for the inconvenience. It is our goal here at Benchmark to provide our guest with a hassle-free vacation, we are sorry you feel we fell short of that goal. It is great to know you enjoyed the furniture and the complimentary beach chair service. Regarding the coffee machine, we do not provide coffee or filters to accommodate the unique preferences of each guest. This information is included in the guidebook we send out a week before your arrival, as well as on the day of your stay, so you can pack accordingly. The toiletries are part of our complimentary starter kit and are not intended to last for the entire stay. We appreciate your comments about the bedroom carpet and will ensure it is either professionally cleaned or replaced. As for early check-in, we do offer it, but it is not guaranteed, as each unit must be cleaned and inspected before a guest's arrival. If the property is ready before 4 PM, guests are notified. The security team at this complex is strict but will confirm with us if a unit is ready for early access before allowing guests in.
