Plus, at the entrance of Seacrest you have plenty of walkable options- coffee, pastries, pizza, and more!

- Beach Access: You'll have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk! It's right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 8-10 min walk
- Fully equipped kitchen with all you'll need to cook for your friends and family. Plenty of space for everyone to hang!
- The Views! Check out the floor to ceiling windows – the views from the kitchen and living room are beautiful, and you've got dining and lounge options outside on the deck too!
- We've got you covered on coffee too. Coffee is provided and we have a standard drip coffee maker for you!
- Starter kit for everything you'll need: paper towels, toilet paper, linens, towels, dish soap, laundry pods, etc.
- All bathrooms come fully equipped with Public Goods body wash, shampoo, and conditioner

💤 Where you'll sleep:
- Primary bedroom: You'll fall in love with this space. Private balcony entry, king size bed, Smart TV, and ample storage. The En-Suite features a double vanity, walk-in shower, and a large garden tub.
- Guest bedroom: 2 queen size beds with a guest bathroom featuring a shower-tub combination that is accessible from the hall.
- Additional sleeping options: Pack n play and sleeper sofa in Primary bedroom.

✏️Other things to know:
- Designated parking spaces are available with your numbered unit on them in the parking lot behind the building.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities that offer long-term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are not permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house-trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
