Great area, decent room
Rating Details:
The property manager was more than helpful.
The vacation rental was clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

The location was wonderful but the room itself was just ok. The listing doesn't mention that the "main" door is the sliding door on the patio. Unfortunately, the bed was not comfortable and needs different sheets (they would come off the mattress every time we laid down). The studio was decently clean, but we did find bugs. I'd also suggest rearranging the furniture because it is hard to get around the room. Lastly, we only found out two days before our arrival that emerald hill would be closing the main and only boardwalk on the property. We had to walk to the road and around the fence to get to the public beach access which was very inconvenient especially since I am 7 months pregnant. Otherwise, it was a good stay.
