We had a wonderful weekend anniversary getaway! From the beginning, communication was excellent—Benchmark Management even reached out to let us know the unit was ready early so we could check in ahead of schedule, which was a huge plus.The location was perfect! Just a short, easy walk from the room to the elevator and straight out to the beach. Even better, the beach was peaceful and not overcrowded, which made it all the more relaxing.The condo itself was beautifully decorated and felt like a true coastal retreat. The furniture was very comfortable, and we immediately felt at home.A special shoutout to the management team for going above and beyond—they contacted me after our stay to let me know I had left something valuable behind before I even noticed it was missing, and they’re shipping it back to me. That kind of honesty and care is rare and so appreciated.While there were a couple of minor hiccups—the master shower didn’t drain well, so we used the guest bathroom, and the dishwasher wasn’t working—these things didn’t take away from the overall experience. Everything else was so enjoyable and well-handled that we would absolutely stay here again!Highly recommend this condo and Benchmark Management for anyone looking for a smooth, relaxing beach stay.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beachcrest continues to be one of the best kept secrets on 30a. From the well organized umbrella/chair service to the well appointed interiors. My only gripe this trip was the broken dishwasher. It never worked during our entire stay despite efforts from service team.

Beachcrest 1101 for Helene

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed at Beachcrest condos for many years. The facility is showing its age. The revised property laws in Florida do preserve access to the beach. We arrived a few days before Helene and had to deal with the ensuing chaos. Par for the course.Our unit had a foul odor going on when we arrived but with some airing seemed to recede. The hot water heater sprung a leak and caused puddles in the kitchen. Fortunately the maintenance person quickly repaired that problem.This kitchen in this unit was very sparsely equipped making cooking inconvenient. The dishwasher was practically non-functional. It did make loud noises for hours.Altogether, Beachcrest has become a lower end property that is not what it once was. We will not return.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful. Very clean. Design/furniture/colors and wall color choices spot on for a very relaxing vibe. The appliances and washer/dryer excellent. The only issues for me, and they’re not a major, is that I prefer a firm mattress. Just a preference. And the front door lock bolt was a bit difficult to operate. But these are picky little things. Otherwise, no issues. It’s a lovely unit and I’ll definitely be renting again in the future. I’ve stayed at multiple places in Seagrove and Seacrest. I can honestly say it’s the most comfortable, clean, relaxing space I’ve stayed in during the dozens of times I’ve vacationed on 30-A. Great job!

Family Vacation

We had such a nice stay! This unit was perfect for my sister and me! It is beautifully decorated and the kitchen is well-appointed! The view is spectacular and we saw sea turtles, lots of fish and endless blue-green water. Great location and easy in and out! We will most definitely be back next year for family time!

If it is cold outside during Thanksgiving there are plenty of games, movies and books to keep you entertained. The kitchen was stocked with everything I needed to prepare a Thanksgiving dinner. Would rent here again in a heart beat. Benchmark staff are also very helpful.

Very nice place

This was a really nice condominium unit. 11th floor views were spectacular and that far up quiet also. It was 2 bed and 2 bath, with large living dining kitchen open area. Very clean when we arrived. Was really nice that they even provided shampoo/soap, etc, but also there were little three packs of laundry detergent, and dishwasher detergents, extra trash bags in each container, all of which was more then sufficient for the week. Great cable tv and smart tv allowed easy access to all streaming services. Balcony was perfect and accessible from living and bedroom. The included beach umbrella/chair service was excellent too. And while the beach service ( and parking too ) were first come first serve, we never had any problem at all getting chairs and/or parking. A lot of these small things really add up to save you some money and time. The office folks on ground floor were incredibly nice and helpful-best I have ever engaged with. Went out of way to help do things. Location was ideal to everything you would want ot do on 30A. We would not hesitate to go back again.

Perfect getaway

Perfect unit for a weeklong stay. Small condo complex close to shops and food. Quiet and peaceful. Loved that beach chairs/umbrella were included in the rental. Love the contactless check in. Very clean and well maintained facility. Would stay here again!

Great stay

It was a wonderful stay! The unit was a little small, but it worked for our family of five. Beautiful updates. Loved riding bikes to Seaside. We were underwhelmed by some of the nearby food, but the coffee and donuts were awesome. The property had a gorgeous view! Loved being able to use provided beach chairs! Would come again for sure!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived the MB shower drained was plugged and there was a light out in the living room which only had two lights. It took Benchmark 4 days and several texts to have the issues taken care of. The unit was clean but the property is not kept that clean. Also be aware that Benchmark only provides one roll of toilet paper as a starter.

Loved being local on 30A

Loved being on the beach and the view was awesome….. centrally located with great restaurants close by - a little far away from golf but enjoyed coming back after golf to 30A scene and the quiet of this area…. Very nice place!
