Regarding the dishwasher, our records show the issue was reported about halfway through your stay. As soon as we were notified, we arranged for service and provided compensation for the inconvenience. We understand how disruptive appliance issues can be, especially during a longer visit, and we appreciate your patience while the repair was being addressed. The pool heater and some exterior maintenance in the complex are managed by the HOA, and while these items are outside of our direct control, we do communicate guest feedback to them when concerns arise. We also apologize if the exterior work around the patio occurred without clear notice, as that can certainly feel intrusive. We appreciate you mentioning the beauty of the beach. To clarify for future guests, the public beach access for this complex is within walking distance, though exact walking times can vary depending on pace and the route taken. It is true the beach area right in front of building 6 has changed and it is limited space. There is a new location about a 3 minute walk down San Roy Rd. Right where Eastern Lake and the beach meet. There is more room at this location, and also the trolley to take you back and forth. We hope that helps with the beach in this location. Bethani, We are sorry to hear you did not enjoy your recent stay at our property. We strive to provide the best for our guests and are saddened to hear you experienced some problems while on your trip. We truly apologize for the issues with the smoke alarms, but we want to assure you that we did break code. Since we were unable to resolve the issue with the current smoke alarms at the property, we uninstalled them and instead put a battery-powered smoke alarm on top of the fridge. We are glad to report we have reinstalled the smoke alarms and haven't had any issues since! We will certainly pass along your comment regarding the cleanliness and overall state of the property to the proper parties to ensure future guest satisfaction. The cracks in the sink have since been repaired by filling and we have shared your report about the washing machine and sliding door with our property manager to inspect.
