コンドミニアムに足を踏み入れた瞬間から、太平洋を一望できます。 リビングルーム、ダイニングエリア、充実したキッチンを含むオープンフロアプランにより、誰もが楽しいイベントに参加できます!! デュアルマスターベッドルームは、スペースの両側にあるベッドルームとの分離を提供します。 1つはキングサイズのベッドを提供し、2つ目は（2）一緒に接続できるトランドルベッドまたは（4）ツインを備えています。 西向きのバルコニーでくつろいだり、信じられないほどの夕日を楽しんだり、（4）の座席を提供するボードウォークアクションのすべてをご覧ください。 コンドミニアムには専用の地下駐車スペースがあり、敷地内にコイン式のランドリー施設があります。

共通の中庭は広々としたプライベートで、追加のスペースが必要な場合はユニットから直接アクセスできます。 複合施設には、スパ、サウナ、ラウンジチェアと海を見渡すパティオ家具のある広いパティオエリアがあります。

ユニットからの海の景色、東への8ブロックのショッピングと食事、北と南への無限のショッピングと食事、そして目の前のクリスタルピアがあります。 中心部に位置しているため、ダウンタウンや空港へのドライブは、予約されたゲート付き駐車場から約13分です。 24時間営業の食料品店（ラルフ）と薬局も1ブロック先にあります。

Beautiful view and comfortable condo

We loved the property. The balcony and view were outstanding. The bed in the master suite was very comfortable. The twin bed in the second bedroom squeaked constantly. This bed needs to be replaced. Having a full bathroom off of both bedrooms was wonderful. Beach towels should be provided. Asking guests to check out Beach towels and then return them washed and dried is too much. Spa that was advertised is stained and small—big enough for four people. Overall, we enjoyed our trip.

Great location

Great location for viewing Pacific Beach and people watching. The patio was a good size for a group of 4 and the ocean breeze was felt throughout the day and night. Overall, our stay was great for enjoying the oceanfront. The condo needs a bit of updating,

Awesome location!

There is no better location than this condo. It’s next to the latest hot spot for the night, it’s wonderful for the kids to swim and boogie board. There is a variety of places to eat and have desert. It’s minutes from the amusement park and La Jolla, 15 min from Little Italy and Gaslamp. Etc. The condo is spacious, with two rooms, two bathrooms, a living area, kitchen and balcony facing the beach. Ideal for a family of 6! The furniture is outdated and feels sticky. We found popcorn on the nightstand from a previous renter and couldn’t get settled after that. Overall a nice place, just needs a makeover and some deep cleaning.

Sister Time

My sister and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. Great location with an amazing view of the ocean. I would stay here again. There are a couple things that need to be fixed. 1 back bedroom bathroom needs to have the flush inside tank adjusted to come down automatically. I had to lift tank top and adjust manually every time I flushed or the water would not fill the tank. 2. Front right burner on stove does not work. Also on Sunday in the high winds a part of the metal strip about a foot long from the top siding fell down and landed in a chair by the table. My daughter who had come for a visit had just been sitting in that chair. We went for a walk and we found it in the chair on our return. We were grateful no one was hurt. I threw it out in the trash. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome stay

This condo was spacious. Gave me and my friend the privacy we needed. We both enjoyed time out on the balcony people watching and had an excellent view of the ocean. The only downfall which isn’t a downfall is to watch the sun go down the first floor position wouldn’t allow you to see the sun go down but that is the only complaint I have. I would absolutely recommend this place to stay if you are in the area and want a front row seat to people watching and a view of the ocean. We even seen dolphins pop out of the water close to the shore. So I enjoyed my stay here!!! Thank you

Great location and comfortable beds!

The condo was perfect for people and ocean watching from the balcony, yet a very short trip to the beach to play in the sand and waves. It was nice to have a decent parking space and to have the grocery store just down the street. Restaurants we also close by. We’d choose this again.

Close to the pier

Nice place, would stay again. Really close to pier and looks out over the ocean. Codes, keys and garage door opener worked like they were supposed to. Only issue is the tile floor must retain a lot of dirt because our feet got dark, but this is a minor issue. We would stay again.

Girls trip

I’ve been renting units in this building for years. The building is old, but the security and parking garage are a huge draw. This unit had an amazing view. The security gate across the front entry was a disappointment as you could put your hand through the gate to turn the knob to unlock. Usually it’s key lock only. The only reason it can be a big deal is for air flow through the 2nd bedroom, didn’t feel comfortable sleeping with the slider door open (generally I do in other units). No units in this building have a/c - not a problem for time of year we go - would not rent in the summer. This home owner has made some updates to the unit so it wasn’t as dated as many as I’ve stayed in prior. Furniture was very comfortable. Make sure your checkout is early or on-the dot of 10:00. $50 for every 10 min late and you have to turn the keys in down the street - not at the unit. Never a problem for us, like to be gone early as we have a full days drive home. We had a wonderful stay and would stay again.

Very clean. Amenities as advertised. Great view literally feet from the boardwalk. 10am checkout was less than ideal. Need to update locks so as to eliminate keys pick up & drop off.

Perfect location!!!

Beautiful amazing ocean view off the huge wrap around balcony! Comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Some updating would be good but for the location, that doesn’t matter.

Wonderful View of the Waves

The best part of this place are the views from the back deck. The deck stretches across the entire back of the condo (out master bedroom and living room with sliders on both sides), with the living room side being larger with four person table. The place is a bit weathered but the furniture is very comfortable and it’s perfect for beach area. My beachside experiences have taught me too upscale becomes stressful when dealing with sand and wind. The check in process and communication was warm and friendly but the property details and meeting place was not posted until minutes before check-in which I totally understand from a security perspective. For my family, it was a bit unnerving after a six hundred mile drive and having a previous experience fall through last minute. Again, nothing was late and the people were warm and friendly. The area is great in that you can walk to everything. Tons of food and dessert options. We did not take our car out for two days straight which was wonderful. This is a busy and vibrant area with great waves for surfing or boogie boarding. Great Place and we would stay again.
