Convenient and Nicely Updated

The house was perfect for a family with kids. Bunk room was perfect. The kitchen was very nicely done and very new. Location is very convenient to the central square in Seaside but far enough away from all the hassle. Speed Queen washer and dryer was so nice. Appliances are all in great condition. Highly recommend.

Great beach house

We spent a week at Pearl of the gulf, as an extended family trip that included 7 people. The house was beautiful and the decor and comfort set the tone for a lovely week at the beach. The kitchen was very well appointed for making great meals and we loved the large island for working jigsaw puzzles. All beds were very comfortable and the rooms had everything you needed for a great nights sleep. It was nice having some beach items available in the outdoor storage closet and the beach was just a quick easy walk from the house. The owner Will was great with communicating, giving suggestions for restaurants and dinners at the house. There was an issue that occurred while we were there and Will was able to quickly take care of it. We would happily stay here again.

Great House!

We had a wonderful child-free getaway at Pearl of the Gulf! The house is beautifully updated. The beds were amazing! Easy beach access. Will was great to work with!

Fall Break

We loved this property and the location is fantastic!! We throughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back! Will was great to work with! Very responsive and flexible! I will recommend this home for any of my friends heading down to 30a!

A True Pearl!

We thoroughly enjoyed your home during our Labor Day weekend stay! It was very clean and has been updated beautifully. Will was a great communicator and gave me lots of great tips, especially about Goatfeathers shrimp! We were a short walk to the beach and the community pool we almost always had to ourselves. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Great house, nice location!

We had a great stay at The Pearl! 2 couples 4 college age kids! House was so convenient to the beach. Easy, short walk! House was well appointed, nice designer touches. Fluffy towels, comfortable mattresses, nice soaps, well stocked kitchen! Can’t think of any negatives. We would have liked a bigger grill. The built in one at the house was a little too small for 8 people. Also would have liked cable TV. If you’re a Netflix , Hulu, in demand person you’re all set! These things did not have an impact on our stay! We had the best time! Will was super helpful and very responsive to any and all questions! We also appreciated the well stocked closet of beach chairs and toys! I would definitely book again!

Beautiful Home Close to the Beach

The home has been beautifully decorated and newly renovated with lovely fixtures and finishes. The sunlight streams in lights each room cheerfully. The living room and kitchen are open and very conducive to entertaining. The kitchen is well-stocked with all the appliances, gadgets, and tools one needs to make some great food and drinks. The beach towels provided are plush and new. There is an outdoor closet full of beach toys. A couple newer chairs would be a great addition to this closet. The outdoor shower is perfect! The home is conveniently located near the bike rental ans is a short bike ride or walk to the beach. We loved every minute of our stay in this home. My nine year old cried the morning we left! So many fond memories made here!
