We had a wonderful couple of weeks at the Palms! The property had everything we needed! Our kids came for a few days and everyone loved the pool. Ron was awesome - we were out of propane and he was there in a flash with more tanks. We would definitely recommend this home for your visit!

We had an awesome stay here and it truly has everything you need. Great location, with easy access to the beaches and other shopping areas. If we come back to Sarasota this would be our spot!

Super cute house, a lot of space and the backyard was perfect. Pool, hot tub, tv/bar and fire pit - what more do you need! We were so busy with soccer, wish we could have been there more.

5 minutes away from everything. Very quiet neighborhood. House was clean . Everything you need to bring to the beach . Nice gathering areas . Weather was great . Management was on top letting us know the property was ready for us .

We really enjoyed the pool, hot tub and location. House had just about anything and everything you need! Appreciated the beach chairs, umbrella and wagon. Only had a couple of draw backs but the perks outweighed them! Upon entering the house, it smelled damp/musty. The master bed was squeaky anytime you moved.

Great Return Visit

Had a great repeat visit to the property. House is roomy, well-maintained and very comfortable. There are very generous staples provided, as well as lots of beach equipment Heated pool is lovely. Good location for downtown and beaches. Manager, Ron, is very responsive. Really enjoyed it! Thanks.

Awesome Getaway

From the moment we booked our stay at The Palms, the communication was awesome. We arrived to a clean house and all of our questions were answered quickly. The house and back yard area were awesome and exactly what we needed to spend the week relaxing in the sun. Everything you need is there. We will definitely be back!

We came down from New York for Thanksgiving. This house had it all. All we had to buy was our food for the kitchen. There was an over abundance of pool towels and bath towels. The set-up in the backyard is awesome!!! We loved the open concept living room/kitchen. Sleeping quarters were perfect for the 5 of us. Everything worked. The Jacuzzi was nice to sit in at night and in the morning. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Would definitely book again!

Super happy with The Palms!

We enjoyed our stay at The Palms very much. The property was very clean and was thoughtfully furnished for comfortable seating for all. The outdoor area was a great place to unwind after a busy day. The property had everything we could need and more. The beach gear, including the wagon for hauling everything, was greatly appreciated. It was an unexpected bonus to find things stocked in the kitchen like condiments, coffee and vegetable oil as well as laundry pods and dryer sheets. Ron was a pleasure to deal with. Would definitely stay there again!

Really enjoyed our time here. The pool area was awesome. Pool is heated, clean. Same for hot tub. The fridge on the patio is very convenient and limits trips into the house. Nice washer / dryer. Kitchen fully equipped. We spent most of time out by the pool at the outside bar. Food is great. We had our groceries delivered from Walmart. We door dashed Reyna’s Taqueria, Evie’s, and Rico’s Pizza. All were great. We drove into Siesta Key and ate at MVP. It was good too. We visit Siesta Key Beach and Venice Beach. Siesta Key is very busy on weekends and parking harder to get. Venice Beach is great for sea shelling. Siesta Key better for small kids (no ocean drop off, shallow). House beds are comfortable. Plenty of towels, beach towels. Host provides beach and pool toys, chairs and umbrellas (although we rented ours at Siesta Key Beach). Highly recommend the house and hosts were great. Ron is very attentive. There is a TV outside, but I recommend a Bluetooth speaker for listening to music if you want it a little louder. We enjoyed it and plan to rent here again.

Excellent property. Private backyard and close to Siesta Beach

First of all, communication with the property owner is excellent. We arrived just after hurricane Ian. We were kept up to date about condition of property with regular updates prior to arrival. The house is bright and clean. The kitchen is the best equipped that we have experienced with a rental. Plenty of towels, including those for the beach/pool. There are several coolers, and equipment (chairs, etc) for taking to the beach if you choose to do so. We were supplied with plenty of good quality toilet paper and paper towel. Enough for our entire stay and beyond. Literally all we would have needed to bring was our clothing and food. Everything else one would need was provided. Wifi/Internet is great both inside and out. The bright spot is the backyard/pool area. Completely private. We had already been at Siesta Key for a week, so other than going out for groceries we did not leave the property. Hot tub and pool are awesome. Pool is heated and gets both sun and shade as the day goes on. We felt completely safe in the neighborhood. Highly recommend this property for couples, or an entire family.

Loved “The Palms”

We absolutely love “The Palms”. Everything is perfectly done at this house. The location is central to just about everything you would want to do. The house is furnished exactly as we would have it if it was ours. The Local Host Ron is awesome. Nothing to dislike about it!

Fabulous

If I could give this 6 stars, I would. My husband and I were looking for a relaxing place to unwind from the cold here in Michigan and this was the place. It was clean, had everything we needed and the backyard was a dream. Communication was perfect. One thing to note is that it is located in a quiet neighborhood but within 15 minutes to Siesta Key, downtown Sarasota and St. Armands circle. It was perfect for us.

Relaxing

This location was amazing! We loved the pool and hot tub! The house was gorgeous, and you feel right at home! Ron the local caretaker was AWESOME! He always answered questions quickly and has a great personality 😁 we will DEFINITELY be coming back!

Awesome

This was our second stay at The Palms. We had such a wonderful time hanging out by the pool. The house was very clean and everything you would need is there. All you have to do is show up. The location is phenomenal and just a short drive to the beach. The hosts are great to deal with. We will absolutely be back again for another stay. Five stars all the way!

Love The Palms!

We did not lack for a thing. This is a classy, clean and beautiful property. We were told to do no work because we’d paid for the services. We are planning to come back next year...for longer!
