Beautiful beach house for family getaway

We were so pleased with this rental. Beautiful home where we spent the holidays. We were pleasantly surprised that the owners even decorated for the holidays - just for us! Felt so festive! Kitchen is gorgeous and well supplied! Pool, view and hot tub were so relaxing and sheltered from wind/cold days. Beds are comfy - loads of towels appreciated! Walk to beach is about 15 minutes - very pleasant and they even have beach cart. We did drive a couple times and find parking at lot 5. We appreciated being in a quiet area of Siesta - will note there's a school across street but didn't impact us during their break. The only slight negative was the doors are all plantation style and don't offer any sound proofing if someone is banging around in the kitchen early in the morning. Otherwise SUPER comfortable and we would love to come back! Thank you for sharing your home with us! GRATEFUL

6th year and loving it.

We have not just had this year with a great experience but this is our 6th. Same home rented and same property manager. Everyone is always awesome. We had some concern following the hurricanes but knowing we could trust the property managers made our stress minimal. They were transparent that some work needed to be done and it was completed and gorgeous. Thanks as always

Absolutely gorgeous!

This home was secluded and beautiful. Perfect location. The pool was so nice and the property was full of wildlife. We loved birdwatching and gorgeous sunsets each night. Look forward to visiting again!

5 stars aren’t enough ?

This place was absolutely perfect! Love the layout of the house, the pool, the proximity to the village and the beautiful beaches of siesta key! Any issue we had, which was few and far between, was addressed immediately. The owner, the grounds crew, the pool maintenance, the representatives in between us and the owner were all fabulous! Someone was available any time, day or night for any question I asked. The house and our vacation were impeccable! Definitely see a return trip in the future for us. There was nothing more I wanted for this trip away that they did not provide. Can’t say enough good!

AMAZING VACATION HOME

I cannot say enough good things about this property. It is so close to Siesta Key Village and beaches yet completely private. You have the luxury of hitting the beach or having a private pool day and cookout in the secluded backyard. The home is very open and the floor plan is perfect having 2 bedrooms and 1 full bath on each side of the home. I am already looking to come back, we were so sad to leave. We booked for a month and it still wasn't enough time at this home.

Perfect location if looking for a private, serene place to relax after a hard day on Siesta Beach.

The property is perfectly landscaped for privacy. The lake provides a serene backdrop to enjoy the evening sun while relaxing in the salt water pool/hot tub. There were only two of us, but the house could easily accommodate a big family,. The kitchen had everything, Rokus on all the TVs so you can log into your acct. Huge comfortable couch in the living room. Beds were all comfortable, plenty of pillows and blankets. The only negative, which was a positive for us,, you’ll have to drive to the beach. Just get there by 10 am and you’ll find a spot on the north end of the beach.

Another 5 STAR Stay!

Enjoyed a month long "Workation" from this wonderful property. Everything about the home was as described, with some updates since last stay which were a bonus. Located in a very nice neighborhood and less than a mile walk into Siesta key Village although hard to go anywhere with such a beautiful private backyard to enjoy. It was very hard to leave but will return again soon!

Amazing Getaway!

Stayed here for a week getaway from the Midwest of remote schooling and remote working in January. House had a great pool and incredible view overlooking a small lake behind the house. The house itself had plenty of room for our family of 5 to set up and spread out through the week, it also had a ton of charm. And it’s just minutes from siesta key beach, the softest white sand you’ll find in Florida! Would definitely stay again!

Great Long Stay!

Had a wonderful “workation” stay at this vacation home. House located in a quiet neighborhood but an easy walk into Siesta Key village. House was very comfortable and spacious. Backyard was perfect as private, fully fenced and peaceful and lovely view over the small lake. Lovely large saltwater pool & hottub. Highly recommend the home!

The home was just beautiful and so much room! We were just as happy staying at the house than going to the beach. The pool was so much fun! Jerry and Loretta we're extremely helpful and couldn't have been more accommodating. We look forward to a much lengthier stay next year.
