Great location, beautiful views

We had a lovely vacation here. The apartment location is terrific, beautiful view of the city from the patio, quiet and clean. The one thing that detracted from our stay was the sewer-like smell in the bathroom.

Great location, in the middle of everything. You could walk or hail a taxi anytime. Apartment very clean and roomy. Great natural light. Will definitely rent again when I am back to Barcelona.

The apartment is fabulous! Very well equipped & conveniently located near Hop on Hop off bus, restaurants and markets. Enjoy your morning coffee on the wonderful private balcony. would stay here again if ever back to Barcelona.

Barcelona vacation

Great location to see all the sites of Barcelona! The owner/manager was very gracious and allowed us to drop off our luggage prior to check in , so we didn’t have to carry our luggage around the city. That was an extra bonus!!

Perfect in Barcelona

The apartment was amazing. It was close to shops, metro, and sights. The view from the apartment was breathtaking. We had everything we needed! Txell was easy to communicate with and so nice. Would stay there again.

It’s just what was advertised!

The penthouse allows you to catch the sunrise every morning! We sat out on the patio most days. The place is also in a great location. We loved it!!

Excellent location. Lovely apartment. Bed was pretty hard. Other than that and some annoying ants, everything was great, safe and secured. I would recommend and would stay again.

Exceptional Apartment

Our stay at this penthouse apartment was exceptional. The apartment is beautiful, the terrace overlooking the city was exquisite. The location can’t be beat - across from Casa Batllo. The owner was very accommodating to our arrival and departure times. Communication was fast and responsive. Highly recommended!

Great stay in Barcelona condo

Property was just as advertised & they were very prompt in merleting us at the unit. I sent a msg when we arrived & when we were in our taxi on the way to the airport. Steven showed us around & was very pleasant. The place was very, very clean( & I am particular!) & both the air conditoning & hot water were wonderful. Very happy to recommend this unit-we eould stay there again!

GREAT APT!!

The apartment is in the best location of Barcelona and was very well maintained. The owner was, in my opinion, one of the best I have ever rented from in that he provided housekeeping/cleaning services which we did not expect and returned every message immediately. Recommend this apt.. without hesitation!!!

"The description 'luxury penthouse' is not accurate."

"Great location, beautiful view, very well situated." But that’s where the luxury ends. Inside, the apartment is quite the opposite of luxurious; it feels old, neglected, and one thing int the apartment did not match the image shown on the website.

Fantastic views and location

When we entered the apartment we realized the views from all the windows exceeded our expectations. Also the apartment is across the street from Casa Batllo. The interior is spacious as is the terrace. The location is great as well- very close to line 3 of the metro is in the same block and line 2 is a couple of blocks away. The inside is nicely decorated with plenty of throws, pillows and blankets to add to comfort. The kitchen and bathroom are well equipped. We really enjoyed staying here. What a treat!

Location, Location, Location & Great Accommodations

The location is amazing and the service was great. We landed in Bacelona early. The host was able to get us checked in and allowed us to leave our luggage as they cleaned the apartment for us. That was very helpful. The space is great, plenty of room for the 3 of us. Everything was very clean and was as advertised. The building lost power one night, but luckily it came back on by morning. Even the doorman was very helpful. We loved it.

Outstanding location and very comfortable

The apartment is perfect located for exploring Barcelona, with many restaurants, shops, and elegant stores right outside the door. I particularly enjoyed the coffee and pastries at a coffee shop just around the corner, and Casa Batlló is practically across the street. The furniture and bed were comfortable, and the view from the living room was impressive. It was a bit warm outside, so we didn’t use the terrace as much as we had anticipated, but it would be wonderful to enjoy coffee or wine or even dinner out there when it isn’t the hottest part of the summer. The air conditioning inside was more than adequate for the warm weather. All in all, we highly recommend the penthouse!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay in the penthouse. The view was absolutely incredible. The unit is located in the heart of l'Eixample and close to the metro. The interior is showing its age a little and it's not really 'luxurious'. The furnishings are nice and clean - but not high end. If you look hard, you'll see that the furniture is a bit worn and starting to show its age a little. Again - the location is ideal so we looked past this for the week we stayed at the unit.

Gold Star Accommodations!

Just imagine being in Barcelona on a warm and sunny day as you lounge in your VRBO rental or on its private balcony. Sounds perfect, right? Then this rental is for you! We spent two weeks in this fabulous and spacious apartment, which provides everything you could possibly need. If you feel like cooking, the kitchen is completely stocked with pots, pans and dishes. I even added an apron to its amenities! It is centrally located so that you can walk to many of the “must see” sights. The Owner is very informative and answered all of our questions, including restaurant suggestions and grocery store options, almost immediately. We will most certainly be repeat renters - it was a gold star experience for us!!

Great property but for this price, needs upgrades

Great location with great views from the dining room table and terrace. However the TV had no English channels at all and a fire stick won't work with the TV, a real bummer. Mattress is terrible and needs replacement. The terrace has a picnic table, it needs a couple of nice comfortable chairs, so didn't really use the terrace. Need to spray for the ants in the kitchen. The location was great, views were great, Metro right outside the apartment door. Antonio was great and very helpful (door man). Fixing the TV or the bed, would have ranked it 5 stars.

Great location!

Very nice apartment located in one of the best neighborhoods of Barcelona. Conveniently located near major tourist attractions, shops, and restaurants. Lots of great views and plgreat balcony!
