Great location!

If you want to be in Germantown, this is a great option. Parking isn’t ideal but you can walk anywhere in Germantown from here. As a family of 5 with three kids this was better than squeezing into a hotel room.

Fun time in Germantown Nashville

Great condo, perfect location, we had so much fun in Nashville these past three days. The condo was clean, spacious, great location, close to Broadway and downtown Nashville. Had grandkids with me. Visited the Zoo and Kids Science Museum. Highly recommend and would stay here on our next visit!

We walked from the condo to downtown every day. The proximity was perfect. The owner was very helpful and resolved our concerns promptly. Highly recommend to others.

Great Stay

The location was undoubtedly the highlight. It is conveniently situated near various restaurants, the farmers market, and downtown nightlife on Broadway. However, while the walk downtown was manageable for my husband and me, it may be more challenging for older guests. I would recommend this VRBO primarily because of its excellent location, communication with the owner, and value.

Nashville 4th of July

Location was great. Able to walk to downtown and baseball. Construction that close next door was a bit unexpected but the city is booming so to be expected. Very clean and owner was very responsive when called.

A delightful neighborhood near the ball park, government buildings and bicentennial park. Located within minutes walking distance to Broadway. There is limited free parking on the street, but we just parked and walked wherever we needed to go.

Great condo. Great Location

We were 4 women on the trip. The condo was clean and exactly as described. The beds were amazingly comfortable. The couch was the only piece of furniture that wasn’t really comfy. But we were out and about for the majority of the time anyway. Communication with Randy was exceptional. The location was perfect. Could walk to Broadway. So many wonderful restaurants in the area to walk to. Would definitely recommend anyone wanting to stay and explore downtown to look at this property.

Modern condo in upcoming location

Modern condo within a 20-min walk to downtown Nashville. A few restaurants nearby but still an upcoming neighborhood so no quick convenience stores close by. We had to walk 20 min to a Walgreens for drinks/snacks. Randy was very responsive to any questions/issues we had. The big negative is the construction - there are 2 large buildings being built. On Monday at 7 am we were woken up by a construction vehicle in the alleyway by the bedroom windows. On Wednesday woken up by materials being dropped for delivery. I would stay here over the weekend but not during the week until the construction is complete.

Listing not accurate

We stayed for my daughters 21st birthday. Nice place. Except the listing showed a view of a baseball stadium from the patio. The only thing you can see from the patio is construction of new condos and loud Hispanic music at 7:00am every morning except Sunday. The neighbors were very friendly and were also upset that we didn’t have a view that was showed in the listing. I wasn’t going to give a review at first, I was just going to leave it be. Until the owner sent me a message stating that we were getting charged extra for wetting the bed and clogging up the toilet. The bed was not wet. And the toilet clogged but there was no plummers helper and it went back down. Beware!!!
