この居心地の良いスタジオは、1900年代に完全に改装された建物（アイリーン）の2階にあります。 建物の1階には、ヨガスタジオとジュースバーがあります（2020年夏にオープン）。 北24番街の入り口にある建物に入ると、改修中に費用がかからなかったことがすぐにわかります。 アパートに入ったら、リラックスを始めましょう。 キッチンにはステンレス製の調理器具がいっぱい用意されており、タイル張りのシャワー付きのバスルームはヴァンダービルトのjeにさえなるでしょう。 Netflixはテレビで視聴できるので、一日の終わりに座ってリラックスできます。

追記事項：このスタジオアパートメントは約240平方フィートで、引き出し式のソファが付いています。 しかし、このソファは、寝るホテルのベッドよりも快適です（寝台用ソファのフェラーリを購入しました！） そして、スペースは高級ホテルでしか見られないような仕上げで改装されました！ 2人が長期間快適にここに滞在できます。

Overall the stay was fine. Slight hiccups with some cleaning items but generally okay. FoldOut sofa bed needs a bit of maintenance. Make sure to use the blackout blinds as the alleyway lighting is bright.

Sweet Condo

This little condo had everything I needed to enjoy my first trip to Richmond. Well appointed, spotlessly clean, great a/c. I enjoyed the wine and the water and coffee was a very thoughtful gesture. I am coming back to the show next year and will book at the Eileen. Parking was never an issue, so don’t worry about venturing out. In walking distance of great restaurants and some interesting historical sites.

Great Little Studio for Home Base

The listing is totally accurate; this is a small studio! But as other reviews mention, they use the space very well. We kept the sleeper sofa pulled out the whole time we were there and were able to navigate the room just fine. (We stayed for a week.) The renovation was done thoughtfully and well, not a shoddy flip, and everything was very clean and well-functioning. Location is unbeatable--walkable to multiple excellent restaurants (including an ice cream parlor right downstairs), sight-seeing destinations, and parks with fantastic views of the river and the city. The biggest challenge was sharing a bathroom in such close quarters, but you'd have the same issue in a hotel room and this was miles more charming.

Had everythint we could have needed. Was well-maintained and they made the process easy. Even included a bottle of wine, but we don't drink so we left it for the next visitors; though, the gesture was wonderful!

next to Pizza Bones

Next to Pizza Bones and a half block from Union Market, where I ate regularly. The only drawback is not the owner's fault. Richmond, Virginia has unreliable infrastructure. Several times a year, the power goes out in entire neighborhoods. This time, the power went out in the water treatment plant and this caused the water to shut off for all of Richmond for about two days. No way to flush a toilet! No way to wash your hands! This is Richmond, Virginia. Other old cities seem to maintain a functioning infrastructure but not Richmond.

Great studio, excellent location

Beautiful, newly renovated studio apartment very close to everything and with restaurants, bakeries and pubs few steps away. The owner was very responsive and courteous. I loved my stay and will certainly return. I highly recommend this place!

Perfect size for our needs

Cleanliness was outstanding; we appreciated the thoughtfulness of the water bottles and the wine; excellent soap/hair products; very appealing decor; the bed was very comfortable, especially when we used the additional mattress pad. One wrinkle for us was the challenge of pulling out the sofa to bed conversion. Once we did that and added the padding from the closet, sleeping was great. We were so impressed with how you utilized the space and how you thought of everything we could want. Also, you were patient in responding to my confusion about accessing WiFi on my phone. Very much appreciated that.

Great stay

Emily was awesome in keeping communications with us. Our our outgoing flight was delayed by several hours, and Emily was able to accommodate us for an extra couple of hours so we didn't have to wait at the airport. Highly recommend!!!

The units I have had the pleasure to stay in, here at the Eileen Bldg have what you need in a great area! Pizza, ice cream, amazing pastries, and yoga, to boot! Right within 500 feet of your space.

Great location for our visit as our family lives on Church Hill. The place is only set up for spending the night, not for day time hang out or dining in.

Great Little Studio!

The space was clean and as described in the posting. The studio was located in a great location. There were lots of good restaurants nearby and a yoga studio below. Check-in and check-out were seamless. Communication from the host was excellent. I highly recommend it.

It could have been better

My daughter and I drove 23 hours across country for a girls trip. When we got to the location the code we were given didn’t work. We reached out to the property manager the were able to get us in within 15 minutes. Once we were in the space was clean and modern. When we pulled the sofa bed out to sleep on we put the extra pad on that was in the closet. Unfortunately it was the MOST uncomfortable bed ever. We decided that we would not stay the second night. So we cleaned the space and left. We did reach out to the manager and told him of our issue and he offered us another space in the same area but we declined. They did give us some money back for the inconvenience. All in all the ad was correct on size and such. We appreciated the refund but would not stay again.

AMAZING LOCATION!

This is by far the best location in Richmond, in my opinion. The property itself is fabulous! The sleeper sofa is wonderful. You walk outside and all around you are places to eat and shop. Church Hill historic district is by far etched in my heart after this stay.

Perfect For Our Needs

The location of this property was perfect for our needs. We came to hang with family for the Richmond Marathon and it was within walking or short drive to everything we did. It was clean and comfortable, albeit small, although it does list the square footage in the description. The hosts were attentive and even dropped off an umbrella early one morning when the weather forecast indicated a need. I'd stay again if I find myself in the area.

Close to the City with a neighborhood feel

I was traveling for business and wanted to experience Richmond while in the area. The location was close and easily accessible to major highways. The studio is located in a cute walkable neighborhood. While I was there I walked to some of the local restaurants and enjoyed the friendly chats with the locals.. The studio was well kept and fit my needs perfectly. The owners were not only kind, but provided tips about the area, a lovely bottle of wine and book of resources nearby. The space is decorated with style and comfort. I would stay in their properties again and again. Thank you for the hospitality!

Very cute unit. They made the very most of the space & it’s well decorated! It’s very cozy & has everything you need for your stay. The mattress topper is excellent. Highly recommend putting that on the bed!

Hi! I’m Daniil, a real estate developer in Richmond, Virginia with a passion for transforming how people live, work, and play. In February of 2020, I launched four vacation rentals in my mini boutique hotel, Eileen. Myself and my team believe in a guest-centered experience where hospitality comes first – we can’t wait to host you!

This building is a local gem with a captivating history. It was built around 1925 in Richmond’s oldest neighborhood, Church Hill. The first business located here was a dry goods & notions store. It has since been everything from a record store to a pool parlor. In 2018, after being abandoned for 8 years, we began the process of transforming her in to Church Hill’s mini boutique hotel, Eileen.

The renovation process was challenging but well worth it. After years of neglect, the foundation started sinking into the ground and the building developed a lean. It took two years to bring her back into action. Our team restored the foundation and preserved her historic charm. We added modern, luxe finishes that are impossible not to love. Despite all of that rehabilitation, the building held onto the tilt that she developed over the years, and that’s why we call her Eileen.

Eileen is a beauty. She now houses four separate vacation rentals, a juice bar, and a yoga studio. It’s the perfect place to relax, restore, and explore. We relish in hosting guests in such unique spaces, where each of you can add to the rich, ongoing history of Eileen.
