We loved the high ceilings, balcony and overall cleanliness of the apartment. The Pelican was in an excellent location, far enough away from too much noise but close enough to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

Molasses Refinery, and at the turn of the 20th century transformed into the El Trelles & CO Cigar Factory. Now at the turn of this century, The Refinery’s commanding presence in this revitalized area near the river is home to one of the most unique and distinct developments ever conceived. From the moment you enter, the lobby surrounds you with dramatic artistic expression like never before seen giving heritage to the Molasses factory. From the floor to the ceiling, commissioned custom artwork welcomes you to your historic New Orleans vacation home. The experience continues offering visitors endless opportunities to get out and explore, but there’s no reason not to indulge in your vacation home away from home while you’re here.
