Perfect!

The home is beautiful and very efficient! It has a beautiful view from the point in the back of the yard! I will probably come back to it next year if it is available! I have been now four times and this is my favorite home that I’ve gone to!

Truly the most enjoyable stay we’ve had in Tamarindo to date! My husband and I have traveled to Tamarindo beach several times and love the pura vida lifestyle. The entire team went above and beyond to make our stay perfect - Pablo, Glenda and all the others truly have our hearts, and if you’re considering staying at this gorgeous home, don’t even think about it- JUST DO IT! Beautiful home with a Gorgeous view!

Casa Perla exceeded our expectations! The home is beautiful with every amenity. It was our first visit to Costa Rica and we had a family group of 11. The infinity pool is great and the walk to beach or the Langosta Beach Club is easy. Our concierge Pablo was wonderful and so helpful in planning our excursions and arranging transportation and the ladies, Brenda, Glenda and Eleanor cooked a delicious breakfast every morning and took great care of us. If you are lucky enough to visit Tamarindo check out Tamarindo Luxery Villas and especially Casa Perla - you will not be disappointed!!

Great Stay

Tamarindo Luxury Villas did a great job from planning our trip, to arrival and departure. All the staff did a great job and i highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a great trip. Casa Perla Is Wonderful

Our family group of 15 had such a good time there. It was convenient, immaculate, and roomy. Andrea was responsive and helpful every time we asked somthing of her. The included breakfasts were wonderful.

Wonderful!

We all enjoyed our stay at Casa Perla. Everything was easy, and if we needed anything they were willing to help us out! The breakfast's were amazing and we all looked forward to it every morning! It was so nice to have them clean the house daily as well! We can't wait to go back!

Spectacular

Andrea the property manager is brilliant! Thirteen people had a glorious time at Casa Perla. The two wonderful cooks made the most delicious breakfast every morning. Our every need was taken care of - Laundry, excursions, food, everything was perfect.

Family Vacation - Summer 2023

We loved the house, the house staff (Glenda, Diana and Brenda), the pool guy and our concierge Andrea. Everything was perfect. Breakfast was delicious and served with wonderful and cheerful smiles. By far, the best family stay of any house we have rented. It was very hard to leave.

Lovely

I hosted a private retreat for six women and this house was perfect for the purpose behind the trip. The pool and hot tub were lovely. Each of us had our own bedroom and bathroom, very private for when we wanted to retire for the evening. The location is secure, some construction noise, but it appears as if there is always construction happening in this community for new homes. The views are PERFECT! Beautiful! The staff were kind, attentive and were considerate of our needs/requests.

Great Costa Rica Vacation

Our group of 10, four adults and six teenagers had a great week staying at this villa. Andrea, your personal concierge, worked with us from booking through check out to ensure our vacation met all our needs. She offered suggestions on activities, confirmed bookings and summarized everything leading up to check-in. The daily breakfast and house cleaning was a huge bonus for this villa! The staff was so friendly and very accommodating to dietary restrictions, etc. All in all, we are very happy booking this rental and would book again.

Casa Perla Is Perfect

House: The house has a perfect layout for 6 couples or 8 adults and 4 children. Kitchen was well equipped, an extra ice maker was convenient and the back porch/pool area was amazing. Easy walk to the beach, a short 5 minute ride to town (get the golf cart rental) and our group felt very secure. Food/Service: Brenda and her team cooked amazing breakfasts for us every morning. We recommend utilizing the chef service for dinner a couple times during your stay! Every meal we ate was memorable. Pablo nailed it on all activities. From our private boat tour, to rainforest tour, to reservations at the best restaurants, Pablo coordinated everything and was available for any changes in schedule that arose. 5 stars all around!

The house is wonderful as were the ladies that take care of it. The make you a wonderful breakfast in the morning and keep the house perfectly clean. Andrea is the concierge for the property and is fantastic. We were in contact with her prior to our arrival and she made sure everything was taken care of when we got there. In addition, she was available during our entire stay and helped us with any changes and/or additions we had while we were there. We have been to this area before and I suggest that you rent a golf cart, or a car and have it delivered to the house on your arrival. It helps if you want to go into to town or visit some of the surrounding areas. Pura Vida !

Best Family Vacation

There was nothing we didn't love about our stay at Casa Perla! It was a very successful and delightful family vacation for us largely because the house worked so beautifully; with everyone having their own bed and bath, a good layout, terrific pool area and beach access. The house staff spoiled us with delicious breakfasts each morning, and took great care of us! The ladies really seemed to enjoy our family - especially the kids! We enjoyed catered dinners from local chefs and from Chef Frank; both experiences were delicious. And we enjoyed the food truck court - an easy and casual way to pick up dinner. We particularly enjoyed the estuary tour, Cala Luna Spa, Altos de Eros Spa, Lola's on the Beach, and the Rio Celest Tour. A golf cart rental is a must, and so much fun! And all of this was made easy due to Andrea's efforts; she was key to making things happen. She was lovely - always receptive and eager to help. We would love to visit again!

Complete Relaxation

I want to thank Andrea, the property manager, for her professionalism and close attention to detail. She is very responsive to any and every question and goes out of her way to make your stay perfect. Glenda and Diana, the 2 housekeepers/breakfast makers/launderers are perfectly lovely and were such a treat to have! They kept the house very clean, especially with our party of 9, which is not always easy! The location of Casa Perla is perfect too! You walk right down the steps to a gorgeous beach and having access to the Langosta Beach Club is key!! The house is close enough yet far enough from the town center of Tamarindo. In fact, it is in walking distance and we actually returned our rental car and only used the golf carts that we rented! You may never want to leave the serenity of the infinity edge pool and spa though...I highly recommend this house in this beautiful gated community!

Amazing stay at Casa Perla

Our party of 12 enjoyed every minute at Casa Perla! We were 6 adult couples, and the home accommodated us all perfectly. Plenty of space to be all together, and quiet areas too. Andrea our concierge, was wonderful to work with from start to finish. She worked tirelessly with me to plan the perfect trip for our group, from the activities, transportation, and the dining reservations. She even grocery shopped for us. A huge thank you to Diana and Brenda, the house staff, who are so kind, offering to do our laundry, and making us the most delicious Costa Rican breakfasts! They even made us drinks and the most wonderful treats during the day. The home was always clean. The location of Casa Perla is perfect. It's just a short walk to town or the Langosta beach club. Many fun hours spent in the pool, or sitting at the perch admiring the amazing view. The sunsets are spectacular and the weather perfect. This is our second visit to Casa Perla. Get your family or friends and plan a trip, you won't regret it.

Absolute Perfection. Already Planning When We Can Go Back

The house is even better in person and Pablo (the concierge) could not have been more responsive, kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The lovely ladies who cleaned and made breakfast each day were so kind and friendly and always wanted to make sure we had exactly what we wanted (even with 4 teens in the house!). The house has everything you could want. And the walk straight down to the beach is such a wonderful luxury. The beach is clean, safe and swimmable, but bring aqua shoes as the coastline is a bit rocky. Everything you need is accessible from the beach: walk to town, rent horses, take a surf lesson, a mini estuary tour at the end of the beach (we saw a baby croc, monkeys and tons of birds), and various massage tables set up in the shade-for $40 I got the best 1-hour massage I have ever had (find Lourdes, she is an absolute gifted angel). The town is wonderful for a bit of casual shopping and great restaurants. Invest in insect repellent. The villa will pre-stock groceries for your arrival and then you can go into town to one of the larger supermarkets for supplies. Super easy-we rented a few golf carts and used them multiple times each day. The roads have lots of pot holes so be aware when driving. The people in town are very friendly and overall, we felt really safe in spite of it being a major tourist destination. Lots of lovely surrounding places that are fun to get to if you rent a car. And everything is close; jet skis, ATV riding, ziplining are all under an hour away. The house is really comfortable and really well done. Nice finishings, good linens, comfortable beds. So much space. Fun wildlife visited the back patio; a few large iguanas, some geckos, and even a vulture, sadly no monkeys. But I am sure Pablo would have tried to change that had we asked. All in all, a perfect stay and we can't wait to go back.

Amazing Friends Trip

We had an absolutely amazing time at Casa Perla! The location was perfect, the rooms and living areas were spacious and always clean and you could not beat the pool and outdoor area. Everything from arrival to departure went smoothly and we felt so well taken care of by Andrea, Glenda and Diana. We were 6 couples and one couple had a 7 month old baby. They had everything set up and ready for the baby and took great care of us. The breakfasts every morning were spectacular and a few nights we had Sanda come in and cook us dinner (local chef) and it was incredible and SO worth it. They even packed up the left overs which was great for pool side snacking the next day. We wish we did more Sandra dinners! Andrea took amazing care of us. Everything from airport transfers to excursion bookings, golf cart rentals and dinner bookings went so smoothly. On top of that, she was always checking in to see how things went and if there was an issue, she was making sure it was taken care of. The ice machine wasn't working and within 15 minutes there was someone there to look at it and he also brought us back up ice! We would go back to Casa Perla in a heartbeat. An incredible place taken care of by incredible people. I wish I could give it more stars. Thank you for everything!!

Annual friends' trip

Wow! This property and staff are top notch. Our group of 12 adult friends would 1000% stay at this house again. The communication with the concierge, Andrea, was perfect from the onset. She was very quick to respond, always there to take care of our needs and made sure we had everything to make our stay easy. She even sent an itinerary prior to our trip to make sure we had all information close at hand. Sadly, Andrea was on a vacation herself when we arrived, but Pablo filled in for her seamlessly. Pablo sent us messages daily reminding us of our upcoming excursions and checking to make sure that past reservations met our needs. The house is beautiful and just as described and pictured. It was very clean, up to date and spacious for our large group. The location of the house was ideal, not in the middle of the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in the center of town quickly. Although the "beach" in front of the house is rocky, there is a sandy walking path that will quickly get you to several restaurants, bars, and the town of Tamarindo. Probably the best part of the house/trip was Glenda and Diane. They were the ladies that we saw every day and kept the house in tip top shape. They made us breakfast daily and man was it good. They also cleaned the house, made our beds and even washed our laundry. To say they pampered us is an understatement. We would definitely stay in this house again. Thank you to all who made our stay PERFECT!!

A Private Piece of Paradise with a Guardian Angel

For our 50th Anniversary the vacation home for our family of 8 adults & 10 kids had to be special. Casa Perla was that special place! Andrea Hidalgo from Tamarindo Luxury Villas was our “guardian angel.” She was always pleasant & upbeat. She gave us suggestions for things to do & restaurants, & every recommendation was spot-on. The photos do not do Casa Perla justice. Everything is perfect! The grandkids spent hours in the swimming pool & hot tub. We could walk right out our gate to the ocean. We had access to the Langosta Beach Club that was a short walk from Casa Perla. The Beach Club gave us really good “kid’s food” & “big people drinks.” It has a nice pool & a great beach. Being served food & drinks as we sat in a poolside cabana made us feel like we were in a resort although we were only 5 minutes from home. The staff at Casa Perla, Glenda, Diana, Brenda, and Carlos were fantastic. They made amazing breakfasts for us & cleaned the house. The adults had Costa Rican breakfasts, while the kids had pancakes, bacon, & Smoothies. My 10-year-old granddaughter was to go on a scuba trip. That morning, she asked to stay home because she did not want to miss breakfast! That says it all. We left our shoes outside the house because they were full of mud after our ATV trip. In the morning, the shoes were completely clean, & looked brand new! I have no idea how they did it! We highly recommend Casa Perla & Andrea & Tamarindo Luxury. PURA VIDA!!

Better Than The Photos

Casa Perla is absolutely beautiful in every way!!! We loved the property in the photos but when we walked in, it was even better. We had a group of ten adults for our bi-annual group trip. It was very spacious and we never felt crowded. The view from the pool was majestic and we enjoyed what we called "The Point" each day with our morning coffee. Andrea Hidalgo was WONDERFUL to work with. She contacted us to setup reservations for dinner, activities, etc... and every recommendation she made was phenomenal. She was like our own personal concierge that understood the type of places we would want. She arranged transport for each activity and reservation which was so helpful. We also rented golf carts which was great for transport around the town of Tamarindo. We had access to the Langosta Beach Club which was a five minute golf cart ride or a ten minute walk on the beach. This was great because it felt like a resort experience even though we rented a house. The other great bonus was the ladies of the house, Glenda and Diana, they were FANTASTIC. They came in every morning to make us breakfast, later in the day they would make us drinks and even cleaned our rooms and changed the towels. This was so helpful and allowed us to focus on having fun instead of spending time cleaning. I cannot say enough about how wonderful they were. They were there if you needed them and gone when we wanted privacy with our friends. We always choose a different destination for each group trip and Casa Perla had us wishing to come back again. We all would highly recommend Casa Perla, Andrea, and the whole team with Tamarindo Luxury Villas!!! First class service and location. Thank you and Pura Vida!

50 year old birthday party

Could not have been happier with team at Casa Perla - the cooks and maids made us the most deliccious breakfast everyday, Pablo helped me organize yoga, golf carts, in house chefs, restaurant reservations, a boat trip and surfing lessons. It made the trip completely stress free. There were 12 middle aged women staying for a 50th birthday and each one said how amazing and easy it was. I would absolutely do it again and at Casa Perla. The pictures don't actually do it justice. You can walk to the beach, to surf lessons or go to town. It's so easy, clean and yummy!
