Lovely apartment in great location

Handy check-in with nice hostess, lovely apartment, good beds, and an amazing bathroom. Most of all, the view from the giant windows is amazing, overlooking the marina, the big cliffs, and all the way to Cap Ferrat.

Delightful Sea View

We loved this roomy apt with an awesome view of the port and the sea. Location is perfect. Great storage, comfy beds, solid kitchen, great bathroom. Loved the rooftop clothesline. We will definitely return!

Marc was a great communicator. Marie-Noelle met us for check-in and made sure we understood everything related to the apartment. The apartment is spacious and well-appointed with all you need for a comfortable stay. We stayed for 2 weeks. Watching the morning sunrise is unbelievable. This view is simply amazing. We love Beaulieu and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Beaulieu sur MER Apartment

Our stay at this property was very enjoyable and would recommend this property giving it a 9/10, met by property manager Chantel was straight forward and went very smoothly. Apartment was very well set up and clean, views absolutely magnificent, Beaulieu Sur Mer is excellent place to be based nice and quiet and flatter that VFSM where we normally stay. Highly recommended and we will stay again in the future.

The view was stunning. Opening windows was risky because smoking neighbours can pollute the air. Great bathroom and kitchen. The couches can be much better. Terrible to sit in.

Lovely view

The flat has a great view of the cote d'azur. It is in a great location, very close to the train station and you can take the train or the bus to explore the places in the area. The bathroom is newer and the beds are very good. The flat was very clean. The train passes in front of the house which causes noise emissions. The furniture is getting on in years.

Stay in Beaulieu

Stunning view, quiet surroundings, excellent air conditioning, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen, easy access to market, beach and commerce, parking on site. A special thanks to Ms Pirlet who warmly welcomed us and made us feel at home from the start of our stay. We definitely recommend this property.

Belle situation avec vue sur le port de Beaulieu, quartier agréable, proche des commerces de base et des transports en commun, avec de nombreux points d'intérêt à distance raisonnable. Parking privatif. Appartement trÚs propre et confortable, mobilier un peu vieillot, immeuble calme. Chemin de fer proche assez bruyant le jour, mais calme entre 22h et 6h du matin, Gardienne trÚs prévenante et accessible.

Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber, super ausgestattet, hat einen wunderschönen Panoramablick und keine Vis-à-Vis, befindet sich in einer gÃŒnstigen Lage (Supermarkt, StrÀnde, Restaurants, Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar). Und auch wichtig: sehr bequeme Betten, schnelles Internet und sehr viele deutsche TV-KanÀle. Der Kontakt zu dem Vermieter war perfekt und die SchlÃŒsselÃŒbergabe total unproblematisch. FÃŒr uns war das ein sehr schöner erholsamer Urlaub in einer wunderbaren Wohnung, wo wir uns von erster Minute an sehr wohl gefÃŒhlt haben. Merci, Chantal! Merci, Marc! Nous reviendrons!

Have a good time in Beaulieu-sur-Mer/Cote d'Azur

Nice Appartement with a very nice view to the Mediterranean Sea. Nearby the center of the Village with Shops, Supermarket, busstop and Railway Station. Many interesting places can be reached by bus or Train (Cap Ferrat, Nice, Monaco, Menton, Cannes...). Car parking available. You can walk to Cap Ferrat on a wonderful coastpath. Highly recommended.

We loved the apartment

We had a great stay, we found it so relaxing. Christal, the caretaker/ housekeeper was wonderful and very patient with two who speak little French. The flat is well situated and well provisioned, though two beach chairs would have been appreciated. We hope to return for a longer stay next time.

Really nice stay

We enjoyed our month-long stay very much. We know Beaulieu very well, and so were very happy with the location which is convenient for the town centre, the port and the beaches. The gardienne was also extremely helpful and made us feel at home.

Well-equipped and well-situated apartment with stunning sea views

We, a retired English couple, spent a week at this apartment in April 2017. This was our first visit to this part of France. The gardienne was immediately available when we arrived and gave us a thorough introduction to the apartment. We found the apartment spotlessly clean and very well-equipped. We enjoyed a very comfortable and peaceful stay. We found ample shopping facilities within easy walking distance. We were reliant on public transport. From what we'd found out in advance we expected to find that the railway station and bus stops would be within easy reach and this was indeed the case. On departure day we needed to hand back the keys and leave the apartment by 7.45 am and the gardienne cheerfully met us in good time. We would have no hesitation in booking a further stay at this apartment.

Idéalement situé cet appartement possÚde une superficie appréciable. Les espaces de rangement sont généreux. Le point culminant: la vue imprenable et magnifique sur la mer Méditerranée. Le proprio est de commerce agréable et facilement accessible via internet ou téléphone. L'intendante des lieux, C. Pirlet nous a été d'un grand secours et fut pour nous un petit rayon de soleil. Au point de vue rapport qualité/prix cet appartement est plutÎt difficile à battre. Voilà.

Inspiring holidays in marvelous location

We enjoyed our holidays very much - nice location with phantastic view allover from the left to the right, few minutes from the beach and great starting point for hikes up to the mountains (around Grand Corniche)and along the seaside, noise from the trains was no problem for us, nice and very helpful concierge Chantal. Hope to come back again next year

Oui c'est vraiment superbe! Appartement trÚs bien distribué,trÚs harmonieux ,,meublé avec goût (moderne trÚs confortable)bien décoré,sol en marbre de Carrare,cuisine super équippée,matelas grand confort,linge de maison de belle qualité,on s'y sent vraiment bien! Solarium sur le toit.Voie ferrée trÚs en contre-bas (environ 300m),on s'y habitue trÚs bien tant le paysage est magnifique et paisible! Propriétaire charmant ("aux petits soins"),trÚs bon rapport qualité/prix. Situation idéale.N'hésitez pas!!!

avons passe un super séjour, tout y était un super appartement spacieux, clair, calme, à proximité de tout : commerces, gare, une superbe vue de l appartement, une concierge super sympa nous y retournerons
