The Austin St. Bungalow is a recently remodeled 2000 Sq. ft. home located in the heart of the Historic District. This private 3 bedrooms and 2 bath home is just steps from downtown Fredericksburg. This home is conveniently laid out and spacious which is perfect for groups, friends, families and Bachelorettes and has a beautifully landscaped front and back yard with an amazing fire pit. Perfect for extended stays with washer and dryer provided and a full kitchen!

Lovely. It was the absolute perfect place for a five girl, 40th birthday. The home is wonderful with plenty of space to spread out, eat, read or play games in the library of which we did all! Plus the beds were very comfortable and everyone slept soundly!!

Relaxing weekend in Fredericksburg

The property was absolutely gorgeous and a perfect place to relax for Memorial Day Weekend. We really enjoyed walking the two blocks to get coffee in the morning and exploring downtown.

My family has stayed here several times at Christmas and it is a lovely home, very quiet and well kept. Owner is very nice to deal with. I would recommend.

Fredricksburg Girls Trip

The property was clean/updated and in a perfect location. We walked to dinner and to all the shops since it was a few blocks down the road. Marissa was helpful in answering any questionsmand allowed us to check in a few hours early since we were coming in from out of town.

Spacious and beautiful with Gourmet dream kitchen!

The property is clean, spacious, well designed, with tons of extra luxurious amenities- To include a fantastic chef’s kitchen with a huge wine fridge, two different types of coffee makers, and plenty of plates and serving dishes. The beds Are extremely comfortable and dressed with high-end linens. The fire pit is located in a cute corner nook of the yard and is perfect for drinking an evening glass of wine and stargazing. The host responded to all my inquiries, both quickly and professionally. A wonderful place to stay with friends for the weekend!

Beautiful Home

Myself and 5 other ladies stayed for two nights. Everything was wonderful. We had plenty of space. The backyard was gorgeous and so peaceful! I would definitely book again.

Great home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect. Clean, quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit and outdoor space, and loved all of books available. Our only regret is that we only stayed for one night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was cute and comfortable and perfect for an overnight stay close to Main Street. Marissa was easy to work with and accommodating. We all saved this on our list to visit again in the future.

Great weekend stay

We were a group of five 60+ ladies. We loved it. Spacious kitchen and master with two bedrooms, making it the perfect accommodation. The home was super clean. Very high end appliances. It was too cold to spend time in the backyard, but it was very cozy looking, especially the table right off the back door. Location is perfect. We drove everywhere because of the weather, but walking to the main drag is one block away. Highly recommend this home and we will be returning!

We have stayed here the last 3 Christmas visits. Very close to town, clean, comfortable. Firepit, quiet, and a large backyard. Would stay here again.

The home was awesome, super clean, great a/c, great patio and of course the tall wine fridge! Internet speed was out of this world. Perfect drivway extra street. We will be back in the fall!

A lot of love and consideration was put into renovating this house. It is modern and comfortable on the inside with a lot of outdoor space to enjoy. The location is the best part!

If you like to cook, it's a perfect kitchen to cook in. The outdoor fire pit is a great place to gather for conversation, wine and fun. It is exactly 1 mile to Washington Street, from the house so a two mile walk from the house will allow you to see the heart of Fredericksburg.
