Great place.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was a nice place to stay for our family vacation, close to downtown. The kids loved swimming in the pool every night. Only thing was the bed is in the kitchen not much privacy.

Overall a really nice spot. The unit is in the center of the property, so really just overlooks the parking areas but the pool is right on the ocean front and was beautiful, and you can just sit out front on the rocks and watch the sunset. Walkable to some stuff but not super close to the main area of restaurants etc. Clean, well equipped kitchen. We had some AC issues but the management was very responsive. One thing to note is the photos do not clearly show that it is only 2 rooms. The sleeping area and the kitchen area are all one like a studio setup. Just the sitting room is separate. Ok, plenty of room, not crowded (for 2) just was a bit of a surprise given the photos.

Great spot

We had such a great time on or vacation. The place is clean and had everything we needed. The location is great and the views from the pool was fabulous. Highly recommend.

Convenient Location~Clean & Comfy!

Perfect accommodations on the outskirts of town. Accommodations were clean, quiet and comfortable! Great for families. Awesome pool overlooking the ocean. We will definitely be back!

KONA Shores Pleasant accommodations

Quaint, quiet, modest efficiency place. Close to what we needed: 1 step, 2 step beach, shopping, and friends who live on island. Place had everything we needed. All communications with management were answered quickly.

Convenient apt. in Kona

The apt. was small but efficient. It was clean and well equipped. The location was good for island convenience. We had to much luggage and we were on the second floor with no elevator that was a little challenging. We would stay here again.

Great condo, great location and great response from the property management. This was a wonderful place to stay with all the amenities you could possibly need. The location was perfect for watching the sunset from the pool area and was within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are back on the island. Thank you for a great stay!

Kona stay

We had a great time at Kona Shores unit 221. Very clean and convenient location about a mile from downtown Kona. The pool was awesome, right on the ocean and we had it to ourselves every day. A couple hundred yards away is a great breakfast / coffee shop called Green Flash. It’s an easy walk and we’ll worth it. Great coffee and breakfast sandwiches. We would stay here again for sure!

Perfection!

This place was a dream! Super clean. Air conditioning for when it gets too warm… with a stunning saltwater pool on the ocean’s edge! A short walk into town too. I will definitely be back 221!

Fantastic

The place was very clean, great location, and the management staff that took care of us was fantastic. The Internet was down and they took care of it right away. The location is near the water has a pool, laundry facilities. It was central to everything. I will definitely stay there again on my return to Kona.
