Awesome house

The house is in a good location that’s comparatively close to the beach with all the necessities provided. Management is very quick to respond to any requests or inquiries. Definitely will rent this house again in the near future.

This was a great place to stay. The owners were really accessible.

I would definitely rent this place again. Looks just like the pictures. Very roomy and comfortable. The pool was great. I would recommend a Keurig machine and basic cable but other than that we had a great stay. Owners were really available and responded quickly to our questions. Check in process was easy too. Highly recommend. Very close to the beaches and shops.

Great stay at this house!

We enjoyed our time at this property. John is very kind and accommodating and is a wonderful host. The house has a nice layout and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed spending time at the pool and the drive to the nearby beaches was reasonable. Thank you John!

Very nice and clean place

My experience with the property was very good! It was very clean and smelled great. Very close to the local beaches and the pool was very warm! The house was very roomy and came with everything you may need! We loved it! It felt like home! I will definitely stay there again!

Perfect Family Vacation

My husband, me, 2 adult children and their spouses stayed 5 days at this wonderful 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with pool very comfortably. Each couple having their own private space.and room to spare! Perfectly located in a safe and quiet neighborhood, close to resturants, shopping and easy access to Cortez and Manatee ave for a beautiful 15 minute drive over the bridge to Florida's amazing white sand beaches & Anna Maria Island. Check in was easy. The owner, John, was great! Very friendly and accomodating. The house was roomy, bright and clean. provided everything needed (coffee pot, free Wifi, washer/dryer, cooking utensils, dishes etc,) including gas outside grill, to feel right at home during your stay. The pool was clean and the backyard was very private and beautifully landscaped. I 100% recommend this personal paradise! Will also accommodate children comfortably. I will absolutley book this property for every family vacation!

Chose rental after reading reviews but they were misleading.

I want to start off by saying I rely on reviews to help me in my VRBO rental decisions. This is why I share my experiences, to help others make their decisions. Keep in mind what may be important to me may not have the same importance to others . We rented this property over Labor Day weekend because my son was in a baseball tournament in the area. We arrived to the house and was welcomed by an overwhelming strong smell. We did notice scented plug ins in wall so we unplugged them hoping the smell would get better. Unfortunately the mysterious smell was there during the entire rental. I sent my husband to Walmart late that first night for cleaning supplies for the kitchen, especially the refrigerator . I guess people leave unused food for next renters... a few times we have left behind unopened bottles of water... however seeing a half used, uncovered stick of butter was just gross. Perhaps the cleaning people forgot to clean the kitchen. The house has a beautiful pool that gets a lot of sun. The washer and dryer look newer and are a great size. Overall, the house has so much potential, it just needs a lot of TLC and some small additions ( lounge chairs by pool, kitchen utensils,etc) We did skip staying the last night and went to a hotel, I struggled with the smell.

Fantastic house

The house was great. Really nice, quiet neighborhood. Short drive to great beaches and restaurants. The pool was incredible. The owners were extremely helpful. I definitely will stay here again

Loved the place! Good location for stuff in town and close to AMI. The pool was amazing and had a wonderful time.
