We thoroughly enjoyed these accommodations. Our host, Basheer, made check-in very easy and the place had everything we needed. All appliances and utilities ere easy to figure out and worked great. The location could not be better or more convenient. Overall a fine experience that I highly recommend. Thanks!

The location is perfect. There is nothing to say bad about this. We were told there would be sheets on the sofa bed. Which didn’t happen for the first night, so that was not comfortable, but the host was quick to respond to this. I does say bedroom in the description. This is a loft with a bed. So not what I was expecting. However the bed was comfortable. All in all a nice stay. Better for younger people, especially if steps up to the loft is not you thing.

The property manager was a great resource to getting to the location and getting to the airport at the end of the stay. Definitely saved the day! There is a wonderful restaurant just outside the front door which was very easy to use on the night we arrive. The location was central to many of the historic sites in Rome. The property offer a good amount of room.

Super great location which was a few minutes by the Pantheon. It worked well for us as we booked last minute. It was cool to stay at an apartment to see what it feels like living in Rome. We found everything to be fine for us. But I can see why some people would find the stairs to the upstairs bedroom to be steep and that it can be noisy as there is a restaurant with a dinner table right outside and people chatting until late. This may not be suitable for people in those cases. Lastly, Basheer was very responsive and great!

My adult son and I had a wonderful stay! The room was very nice, spacious, and perfect for two people. The location couldn’t be better—right in the center of Rome, within walking distance to all the major landmarks and surrounded by plenty of great restaurants. Our host, Basheer, was very responsive, friendly, and accommodating. He also offers airport transportation at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Rome!

We had a great stay here!!! The host was fantastic and was very flexianle with us. She even helped us arrange for a taxi to the airport on our departure. Location of the apartment is FANTASTIC!! I found it to be quiet and an easy walk to everywhere. We don’t mind walking a mile or so to some place though. It is literally around the corner from many great restaurants and the pantheon. It is a bit of a distance from the train station. We frequently used the motorized scooters to get to further locations when needed. The apartment is small but was plenty roomy for my son and I. The shower is small but workable. My only complaint would be the mold on the shower ceiling but that is pretty common in around Europe so it didn’t bother me all that much. The kitchen had enough to make a very basic meal but I would try to cook anything significant. We made pasta and such and it worked just fine. The TV did not work but we weren’t there to watch TV so that wasn’t a big deal for us. The internet worked well. I would love a few more pillows but again just being picky. We really enjoyed this apartment and would stay here again!!!

All the main attractions in Rome are within walking distance of this apartment. Restaurants and shopping are right around the corner.

Excellent apartment for two!!!

Great location, waking distance from everything we wanted to see in Rome! Restaurants within 5 feet from the door! Basheer is the perfect host! Set up transportation for us, made sure we were all set up and had everything we needed! It’s nice to meet someone who truly cares about it his tenants! Thank you Basheer for everything, your apartment is wonderful! And wr couldn’t have asked for a better vacation in Rome thanks to you!

Italy trip

The location was good because you could walk to every thing but at night was noisy because of restaurants across the street. The pictures in the ad did not match the apartment. The stairs to loft area where the bed is are very steep so steep we didn’t carry luggage up. There was no washing machine which ad said there was. The bathroom was very small. One plus was the air conditioning worked.The owner at times was not very responsive. He did arrange transportation from airport to apartment which was good and also allowed us to put luggage in apartment early.

Huge disappointment!

Communication was sparce up until 2 days before our stay. It did get better as the check in date approached. He did arrange airport pickup and the driver was patient and pleasant. However, once we walked into the unit, the reality set in. While the unit was similar to the pictures in the ad, it was not the same. The staircase was on a different wall than on the posted images, it was very steep. The light fixture on the stairs was broken with metal pieces hanging out. There was a damp dirty wash cloth hanging on the kitchen cabinet handle. The light above the stove didnt work and there was an open box of salt and a spilt and torn package of some kind of spice in the cabinet. We did not stay. After a brief conversation with the host, we packed up and were gone in about an hour. VRBO came through and we were refunded about 2/3s of what we paid. As of this writing, the ad for this unit remains unchanged. I tried to add photos but it would not allow it.

Fantastic Property

The location of the property was perfect. Quiet, but close to attractions, shopping and restaurants. Basheer was an excellent host. We asked for him to arrange for a private pickup at FCO, which he was happy to do. I would stay there again when we go back.

Really enjoyed the property and our host, Basheer

We had a great time in Rome. The property is in a great location, very close to the Pantheon. We did not have to use transit or taxis at all. Basheer was a great host. He also happens to own a tour company and is happy to help with airport or train station transfer and, of course, tours! The apartment is basically a studio with a loft. The stairs are steep but manageable. There is not actually a washer, which was a surprise for us. The TV is very nice, and I found the bed to me more comfortable than I am accustomed to in Italy.

A taste of Roma

We absolutely enjoyed our stay. The location is perfect. The apartment is located in an older part of Rome with the narrow cobblestone streets. Very close to a few sites. We walked everywhere, most sites within 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend for a little touch of authentic Roma experience. Two very nice restaurants next door and “across the street”. Basheer was very responsive and helped with transportation to and from the airport.
