Step right onto the sand from this beautiful ground-floor condo on Okaloosa Island! Island Sands #108 is a spacious 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath retreat with easy beach access from the private patio.
Inside, you’ll find a king bedroom suite with a powder room, plus an additional full size guest bathroom off the hallway for convenience. The updated kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare meals. Relax in the living room with a sleeper sofas (condo sleeps up to 4), flat-screen TVs in both the living room and bedroom, and an in-unit washer and dryer.
Resort amenities include a community pool, grill and picnic area, free parking, and complimentary seasonal beach service (umbrella & 2 chairs provided daily, March–October).
Located just minutes from local restaurants, shopping, and attractions, Island Sands #108 is the perfect spot for couples, families, or small groups looking for a convenient and comfortable beachfront escape.
