With a maximum capacity of 175 people and tables to seat 100 people, it's the ideal venue for corporate retreats, weddings, family reunions, large groups, and so much more. It is only seconds to the White River and Cotter Springs, and both Bull Shoals Lake and Norfork Lake just a short drive away! There are endless opportunities for outdoor activities and adventures.

Joey and Vanessa Peglar have been restoring historic buildings in Cotter since 2011. They have been in the real estate business for 23 years and love unique properties! They own and operate Peglar Real Estate Group in Mtn Home Ar.

My wife and I tried To purchase this property approximately 20 years ago but it didn’t work out! My wife’s maiden name is Cotter and she has family routes that go back over 100 years to Cotter. When this property became available it was a no brainer for us to pick it up and add it to our unique vacation properties. We love fixing up historic buildings for people to enjoy. Cotter Arkansas is such a quaint little town. We love Cotter because it is very relaxing it is full of nature and it’s just a good way to slow down and spend time with family.
