The Space:
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo is the perfect getaway for your next family vacation. This moderately decorated condo comfortably sleeps 8 people. There is a king size bed in the master and 1st guest bedroom and twin bunk beds in the 2nd guest bedroom along with a queen sleeper sofa. There is a Pack N Play for those traveling with small children.  The condo is pet-friendly (<35lbs). Perfect for the whole family getaway.  The condo is located on the 3rd floor and offers a view of the breath-taking emerald green waters of the Emerald Coast. The unit is just steps away from the crystal clear sandy beach, approx. 50 yards. The Ciboney Complex offers a nice area with charcoal grills for grilling with the family with a community pool and tennis courts. The private beach access is located just across Scenic Gulf Drive. Enjoy surreal sunsets, peaceful mornings and salty air surroundings. Call or book online today. Your perfect vacation awaits!!!

Great host

The location was fantastic. The unit had a great view of the ocean and made sitting on the balcony super enjoyable. Monica was great. She was super friendly, helpful and always responsive. Overall, we had a very memorable trip.

Paradise

We stayed here for a family with our dogs and it was perfect! The condo was great, very clean, and had everything we needed! Short walk to the most beautiful beach and the amazing Pompano Joe’s! We will definitely be back asap!

Fantastic stay, balcony view and private beach access!

We had a fantastic stay in this comfortably sized condo for our 5 person family. We loved having a balcony view of the ocean and especially being a short walk away from private beach access. This location on the emerald coast was a gem! Very nice boardwalks and sidewalk spaces. The condo was also pet friendly which worked well for our family! The host was excellent, very nice, and great communications. Flawless rental experience!

Ciboney vaycay

The condo was great. We had plenty of room and most everything we needed. My granddaughters loved the little room with the bunk beds! The only thing we had a problem with was the beach area. The umbrella guy had the whole beach set up with his stuff. Unless we rented from him at $60 a day, we had to put our stuff behind his. We could not “camp” next to the water. Had to walk between other people to get to the ocean. I was not a happy camper about this☹️

Bring towels!

Overall, this condo is in a great location. Close to the beach and stores. However, there were not enough wash cloths for us to use more than once. There were only 7 wash cloths and 8 people. So we had to constantly wash them. Second, there is no skillet to cook pancakes or bacon in. The utensils did not work well, food stuck to them. There were not any sheets for the pull out couch bed. Lastly, we were unable to watch TV because it has a parental control code that must be input before you can watch ANY shows. Overall it is a good place to stay if you bring towels, wash cloths, and don’t plan to cook or use the couch bed.

Excellent!

We had a wonderful time staying here. It’s comfortably slept 4 adults and 4 children and it felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect and we would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This place is the perfect location for us. Close to restaurants / beach / shopping. Our kiddos go out walking at night and we feel safe in this area. The Condo was in great shape and plenty of room for the 7 of us. It had some beach chairs already and we left an umbrella with 2 boogie boards.. We would definitely stay here again.!!!

Great Location

We fit 2 adults and 5 teenagers comfortably. Loved our stay so close to the beach. And Pompano Joe's was delicious and walkable too.

Nice place. Clean and spacious. Short walk to the beach. Enjoyed our time there.

Lovely place. The property manager was very responsive and super nice. She gave good recommendations and was ver helpful. The 3 bedrooms worked great & loved having 2 bathrooms. The kitchen was modern and clean. We would stay here again. :)

Nice Place, Perfect Location

The condo was well appointed, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for the week. It is in a great location with a 2 minute walk to the beach, shops, restaurant. For a family of 4, it was just perfect.
