3-BEDROOM apartment ideally located just a 15-minute walk from the Rotonde (the historic city center of Aix-en-Provence). <br><br>FREE and SECURE PARKING in the residence’s enclosed parking lot.<br><br>The apartment is very well equipped with all the necessary amenities.<br>It was completely renovated and redecorated in January 2021 with the help of an interior designer.<br><br>IDEAL FOR FAMILIES, accommodating 1 to 6 people (3 double beds).<br><br>Spacious living room with HD TV, 2 coffee tables, 1 sofa, <br>1 dining table with 4 chairs, with the option to add an extension leaf to seat 6 people total, plus 2 additional chairs (set up for a stay of 5 to 6 guests).<br><br>Very high-speed FIBER OPTIC Wi-Fi, providing excellent conditions for remote work.<br>Each of the 3 bedrooms features a desk for added comfort.<br><br>Each bedroom has its own storage space and closet.<br>The BEDDING is BRAND-NEW and high-quality.<br><br>A large closet in the hallway allows you to store your suitcases without cluttering the bedrooms.<br><br>The bathroom is spacious with storage for everyone and a new washing machine.<br><br>The kitchen is very well-equipped with a dishwasher, oven, microwave, induction cooktop, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, a full set of dishes, utensils, and plenty of storage space...<br><br>Separate restroom.<br><br>Children are welcome; a crib and high chair are available free of charge upon request.<br><br>FANS are available during the summer months.<br><br>TOWELS and washcloths (2 per person) are provided, as well as SHEETS.<br><br>A bus stop is located 40 m from the residence, allowing you to get around the entire city.<br>There is a bakery 40 m away and a Picard store 100 m away. <br>A Franprix supermarket is 500 m away.<br>All other local shops are located 400 m away in Pont de l’Arc.<br><br>The historic city center is very close by.<br>Close to highway access points, you can easily and directly reach the region’s beaches and tourist attractions.<br><br>The “Promenade de l’Arc” offers a moment of relaxation (my favorite spot for jogging in the shade along the Arc River). Excellent appartement près de toutes les commodites

Nous avons séjourné 10 jours dans l’appartement en Juin 2023 avec 3 jeunes enfants. Tout était parfait. L’appartement est très fonctionnel et à tout ce qu’il faut. Il est aussi juste à côté de plusieurs lignes de bus, à 20 minutes à pied du centre d’Aix et également à proximité de multiples commerces dont 3 boulangeries à pied. Les propriétaires étaient très arrangeants et ont répondu à toutes les questions rapidement. Enfin l’appartement est au calme et dispose aussi d’un parking sécurisé pour une voiture. Je recommande fortement!

Bon plan

Appartement en très bon état, propre et très bien équipé, sans clim mais c'est indiqué dans l'annonce. Le quartier n'est pas terrible mais le bus, qui s'arrête à trois minutes de l'immeuble, conduit rapidement au centre d'Aix, ou même à Marseille.

L'appartement en effet a été totalement rénové en 2021. Les équipements complets sont essentiels pour le confort de nos vacanciers ou les personnes passant un séjour professionnel. La fibre assure un excellent débit internet. Précision : l'arrêt de bus pour le centre ville est à 50 m et celui pour Marseille à moins de 100 m. Le quartier animé est à 300 m des Universités et jouxte le quartier très prisé du Pigonnet avec de très belles villas. Des + : la boulangerie Marie Blachère et magasin Surgelés Picard à seulement 50 m.

Très bon séjour

L'appartement était parfait pour nos 3 jours sur Aix. Parking facile dans la résidence. Accès direct à l'autoroute. centre ville d'Aix pas trop loin.

Séjour professionnel

De passage à Aix en Provence pour un colloque de trois jours nous avons apprécié : - l’état général du logement ( propreté , équipement, literie) - le parking sécurisé - la communication avec le propriétaire, - la proximité du centre ville ( 20 mn à pied) Par contre, nous regrettons que l’annonce ne précise pas que le logement se trouve au rez de chaussée surélevé. Malgré la chaleur, nous n’avons pas pris le risque de dormir les fenêtres ouvertes. Par ailleurs, notre séjour coïncidait malheureusement avec une période de travaux nocturne.

Merci pour votre commentaire qui me permet de préciser la situation de l'appartement en rez de chaussée surélevé. Je rajoute cette information sur l'annonce. Cet emplacement est néanmoins un atout car cela permet à l'appartement de part sa situation, d'avoir les chambres à l'ombre. Un avantage en été car c'est plus frais. Je regrette que les travaux de voirie de la ville aient perturbé votre séjour. Les 4 étoiles attribuées sont pour moi une reconnaissance et un encouragement pour rendre les séjours toujours plus agréables.

Très bien

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement, très propre et fonctionnel, idéal pour une famille désirant visiter Aix et ses environs. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très sympathiques. Nous recommandons vivement.

Les propriétaires sont adorables, ils nous on bien renseigné sur notre séjour. Lappartement est fonctionnel et très propres je le recommande les yeux fermer
