Welcome to Aqua 1808

Our condo is a beautiful beachfront property has breathtaking views of the beach and gulf which you can enjoy on our new balcony furnishings! This is a 2 bedroom 2bath unit with an extra-large balcony on the 18th floor of AQUA in Panama City Beach, Florida. Our condo is decorated for maximum comfort. We wanted to create the feel of home at the beach. We also wanted to make this a home away from home. For us and our guests. We hope you’ll have the opportunity to enjoy some of the unique features of this wonderful beach environment. As a bonus, beach services is included for 2025!



This property has new furnishings and new paint. But that’s not all. Here are some more interesting features of our beach residence:
• Electronic KABA lock so no keys to worry about
• Carefree check-in so you can go right to this residence once you’re in town
• Over 1104 Square Feet of Living Space on the 18th floor
• 227 Square Feet of Balcony with new furnishings
• The Living room comfortably seats 5 with Queen Sleeper Sofa
• Living Room includes A 55” SMART TV and floor to ceiling sliders for great gulf views
• Dining Area seats 4 and there’s extra bar seating for 2 in the kitchen
• Fully equipped Kitchen includes microwave, toaster oven, blender, coffeemaker, fridge.
• Master Bedroom has KING bed and 55” SMART TV, and gulf view with balcony access
• Master Bath has a walk-in shower and a garden tub and double vanity
• Bonus room with twin bunks bed with a 36” FLATSCREEN TV
• The 2nd bath has a combination tub/shower
• There is wireless internet access throughout the residence
• There is a full size stainless stackable washer and a dryer

We picked Aqua 1808 because it offers us a conveniently located yet quiet beachfront location in resort that is designed to be convenient for guests with some nice amenities. We think you’ll agree that Aqua 1808 can be your beach home away from home, where you and your family to enjoy a truly memorable beach vacation. If you want to make sure your family has the beach vacation you all deserve, book your Best Beach Getaway as soon as you can. Parking passes starting 1/1/25 are now $50 per pass

Aqua is within walking distance of Gulf World Marine Park and the Pier Park shopping and entertainment complex. and is .4 miles East of Pier Park

The minimum acceptable ratio of occupants in our rental units is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every four (4) persons under the age of 25 occupying the rental property except during Spring Break. During Spring Break, the minimum acceptable ratio is one (1) person over the age of 25 for every two (2) persons under the age of 25.

An almost perfect vacation! Condo was clean, just as described, spacious and a great location. My only complaint is that the secondary bedroom stayed stuffy and hot. There's a fan in the master bedroom closet that helped but we didn't think about it until the third night. The fan should be stored in that secondary room. I would definitely stay agai; the view, the daily beach setup included, the pools, the location, the ease of checking in and out, a really ideal vacation.

Our vacation was amazing! I loved how we had all our chairs and umbrellas set up for us and ready to go everyday! Makes it so much easier when you have kids and all their things to take down to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part of the room! So much space and we were able to sit at the table comfortably and the sunset view every night was perfect!!! We vacationed with a big group of people so we were able to see multiple rooms on the property and ours was by far our favorite one! Very spacious and had everything we needed with plenty of play space for our kids. 100% will choose this room every time we come to Panama!!

We had a great stay while my family were here for a baseball tournament. The place was clean, the check in was effortless and it was a comfortable condo. I love the convenience of it being right next to the elevators.

Beautiful views, all needed appliances / utensils, beachy decor, bunk room was even bigger than expected. Aqua has great pools, fast elevators, and great beach staff. We enjoyed our stay! Fully recommend!

Staying at the condo at Aqua made for a great and relaxing vacation. The location was close to Pier Park. We were a short drive away from Signal Hill golf course, we we played frequently.

Great location, great unit!

We have stayed at Aqua many times, it never disappoints! Room had plenty of space for family Of 4, King in master and bunk room. Large balcony with plenty of seating. Unit was clean and well furnished. Would definitely stay again and recommend family/friends.

Perfectly stocked. Comfortable accommodations. Tastefully decor. We loved the large balcony with table, chairs, and loungers. Was excited to find out our unit came with complimentary chair rentals! Can’t wait to return.

The property was in a very good location and the room was very nice and set up with everything we needed. Even gave an extra touch with beach chairs and some beach toys if needed. But I have to brag by far that this place had the best elevators!! Everywhere else I have stayed we had a wait time but not here! Thanks for a great weekend.

Great Room- Great Trip

Aqua doesnt miss. Room 1808 did not disappointment. On day of check-in i was able to get access about 3 hours early (i was still traveling). The email they sent before we arrived detailed all the information we needed for easy access. The room was beautiful, the view was amazing, and the bed was sooooo comfortable. I would stay here again no questions asked.

Beautiful condo!

This is a beautiful condo, and the building and grounds are gorgeous. The unit was very comfortable - the master bedroom bed was sooo nice! The kitchen was very well equipped, but not overfilled with gadgets like some can be. We loved listening to the ocean waves at night. Having access to the balcony from the master is a huge plus. This condo has lots of storage - the closets are big, and if it's just you and one other person, you can store luggage and coolers in the bunk room. Breathtaking views from the balcony. Wouldn't change a thing!
