This place is great! It's just steps away from the beach, and the property has two swimming pools. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we'll definitely be returning. It rained while we were there, so the birds took shelter on the balcony, leaving behind quite a few droppings. Other than that minor inconvenience, everything was excellent. The place was very well-equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend it.

Thank you for the 5-star review and for choosing Aqua 1808. Glad the steps-to-the-beach location, two pools, and the well-equipped unit made for a comfortable stay and that your family enjoyed it. Sorry the rain brought birds onto the balcony and left droppings—thank you for letting us know; we’ll share this with housekeeping to address balcony cleaning and prevention. We appreciate the recommendation and would love to welcome you back. Team BBG

This condo, which has a spacious balcony overlooking the beach, is a great place. It is very close to Pier Park, shopping, restaurants, and the pier. Parking was a little difficult, but we were there for the 4th of July, so I guess it’s to be expected. Elevators were not horrible, but a slight wait during the busiest times. Again we were there for the 4th of July. The condo had everything needed for a great stay.

An almost perfect vacation! Condo was clean, just as described, spacious and a great location. My only complaint is that the secondary bedroom stayed stuffy and hot. There's a fan in the master bedroom closet that helped but we didn't think about it until the third night. The fan should be stored in that secondary room. I would definitely stay agai; the view, the daily beach setup included, the pools, the location, the ease of checking in and out, a really ideal vacation.

Our vacation was amazing! I loved how we had all our chairs and umbrellas set up for us and ready to go everyday! Makes it so much easier when you have kids and all their things to take down to the beach. The balcony was our favorite part of the room! So much space and we were able to sit at the table comfortably and the sunset view every night was perfect!!! We vacationed with a big group of people so we were able to see multiple rooms on the property and ours was by far our favorite one! Very spacious and had everything we needed with plenty of play space for our kids. 100% will choose this room every time we come to Panama!!

It is great to know the chair and umbrella setup helped make beach days easier, especially with kids and all the things that come along with them. We love hearing how much you enjoyed the balcony and those sunset views. We are also so glad your room stood out among the others in your group and that it had plenty of space for everyone to relax and play. Beautiful condo!

This is a beautiful condo, and the building and grounds are gorgeous. The unit was very comfortable - the master bedroom bed was sooo nice! The kitchen was very well equipped, but not overfilled with gadgets like some can be. We loved listening to the ocean waves at night. Having access to the balcony from the master is a huge plus. This condo has lots of storage - the closets are big, and if it's just you and one other person, you can store luggage and coolers in the bunk room. Breathtaking views from the balcony. Wouldn't change a thing!
