Crystal Sands 302B has a casual Floridian decor and a phenomenal Gulf-front view from a private balcony. The living area offers cozy patterned sofas, glass and rattan furnishings, and carpeted floors.

After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. The rattan dining table seats six, and there are two barstools for plenty of seating. You will also enjoy the benefit of having a stackable washer/dryer.

THINGS TO KNOW
The pool in this building is closed until January 1, 2026, for repairs. The guest can use the pool in the A building. The pool code is the same in both buildings.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean obviously from pictures you see it could use some updating but everything functioned as expected. The beach access and neighborhood were lovely.

Property is directly on the beach which was perfect. The unit itself is extremely outdated. This is no fault to the rental manager. The toaster is broken and there is no Kureig. There was a water stain in the master bedroom ceiling. Mattresses on all the beds were thin and uncomfortable. It is very easy to contact the property manager and everyone is really friendly. Views from the balcony are unbelievably perfect.

Perfect location, clean, updated decorations would do wonders .. Couch and chairs are stained.. you need to purchase cushion covers. If you had several sets you could change them out after each stay like the bedding Needs additional kitchen towels etc. silverware is cheap. NEEDS beach towels and toys! Balcony chairs need to be the higher ones to see over the railings.

Overall this condo was perfect for our short last minute stay. The loft was a bonus . Condo had perfect view of the beach 🏝️ and short walk to the white sand. The condo itself could use a few upgrades but I would def stay in this unit again !

Destin beaches are just amazing. This condo’s balcony view is the BEST part. Very comfortable for our family of 4. Toes in the sand was convenient. HOST was flexible and supportive to our needs. We will be back.

Everything was amazing except that one of our bedrooms has been locked since March 2022. Apparently the rental agent had no idea that this unit had excluded an entire room. We booked to accommodate 6 guests. After multiple calls we were finally informed that it only has 1 bedroom (king) 1 queen loft. 2 full baths Hopefully we get reimbursed for the inconvenience. Other than that absolutely nice with a gorgeous view!

If there were other condos available I would not pick this one again refrigerator needs replaced water leaking under drawers wood needs replaced under the sink. Just needs some general updates would take up carpet on steps and upstairs!!

Good location, condo needs a bit of work.

The location, as always, is excellent. We have stayed at Crystal Sands repeatedly over the last few years. This condo needs a bit of minor work; a good wipe down/cleaning (walls, baseboards, etc) and some touch ups on things like visible water damage on some of the cabinetry, etc would be advised during the off season. Overall though, a nice place and location.

Nice views and convience

Great location to the beach. Could use an update but we knew this already. Would have been better if there were bunks in second bedroom. Everything we needed was in the kitchen. We did grill and there were no grilling utensils so bring your own! Overall an ok condo just know it's older and needs a little tlc. We would stay again for the beautiful view and ease of getting to the beach with our little kids.
