Crystal Sands 302A has a comfortable contemporary decor and an incredible Gulf-front view from a private balcony. The living area offers cozy oversized sofas, glass and iron furnishings, tiled floors, and a TV.

After a relaxing day at the beach, you will find everything you need to make a home-cooked meal in the well-equipped kitchen. Feast together at the six-seater, marble-designed dining table. You will also have the convenience of a stackable washer/dryer.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service is included from May to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great time

This was the second time we have stayed here and really enjoyed it. Great location and the facility is clean and everything is as advertised. We plan to return in the Fall !

Stay in Destin

The stay at the Crystal Sands was very nice. All the staff was pleasant and very helpful. They immediately took care of any issues we had. Unit 302A was clean and had enough room. We only had two people but it had plenty room for more guests. The view of the gulf was excellent and enjoyed sitting out there watching the sunrise, waves and beach goers!

Great Vacation

Such a beautiful place to stay. Located right on the beach with easy access. Elevator was great for staying on the upper floors. We've stayed at Crystal Sands three times and will return again!!!

Quick weekend

Great location! Loved the Free beach service (chairs/umbrellas). Good space. BUT need some work. MUSTY smell upon entering. And felt damp (floors and sheets) from humidity. SMALL things. OVERALL a good experience

Pictures don’t do it justice!!!

Incredible view and the condo is very spacious! I loved the high ceilings and the loft really is a 2nd a bedroom. The beach setup provided was wonderful. The condo being older, I actually felt the space was bigger and you really are RIGHT on the beach. Will look for this one again!

Good Location

Location was great and communication with staff easy with quick response times. The condo had all amenities needed and listed, but was a little older than expected as some amenities were worn such as couches, paint, etc. Overall we enjoyed our time and the place met our needs.

Home away from home.

The living space was open, very clean and well maintained. My wife and I enjoyed the space and clean environment. Coffee pot worked like a champ, quests staying in the building were very nice to us. I liked the quietness of the building. Great get away from the busy life working. We really enjoyed the gulf breeze and sounds of the waves. Relaxing and quite just what we needed during the holiday. Thank you for letting us stay in your building. -Mississippi.

Good Budget friendly stay

Property was nice and on the water. When we arrived there was wet towels left in the closet which didn’t bother us we just threw them in the washing machine and cleaned them. We were supposed to have two parking passes and we’re only left one. The last tenants were suppose to leave there’s but didn’t. Not really managements fault. Other than that it was a great place to stay. Will reserve again next year

The view is beautiful and ease of access to the beach is great. Did not like the fact you can't set up your own umbrellas. For the cost of the condo rental, I don't think you should have to pay extra for umbrellas and chairs.

Ok stay

Spring breakers consumed the beach. Cleanliness of the room was below par. Top of fridge, microwave, pillows on couch, and blinds were not clean. Location would have been nice minus the college spring breakers in that location! Pool was on the road side which didn't get much sun.

Great location and staff but uncomfortable, dirty, furnishings

The office managers and maintenance folks had great hospitality with repairs at the condo when we stayed (two related repairs were needed and both fixed within the day). This condo really needs some deep cleaning and updates, specifically the upstairs carpet needs to be removed as it smells, is stained, and is not great for frequent visitors. The couches could be more comfortable, as well. There is a large dining table but kind of shoved up against the wall and we needed to use all sides of it but when we moved it out, there wasn't always enough walking room around it - it's furniture just kind of plopped in there, not curated for the space. The location is lovely - unpretentious crowd that was quiet, very close to the beach, so great for us with young kids. Solid parking. Pool is average, just not in a great location. The cleaning crew did a good job, but they just could not overcome some of the older, worn features in the condo for us to return at this price.
