This beautiful condo has a beautiful casual design and is directly on the Gulf at Crystal Sands Condominiums. You will adore the views from this spacious home featuring a Gulf-front balcony on the third floor to take in the white sands and emerald green waters. The kitchen is upgraded with granite countertops, a full complement of housewares, and bar stools for casual dining at the breakfast bar. There is also a lovely glass-top dining table for four. The living area features a nice sofa bed, a flat TV with a DVD player, and access to the balcony. Enjoy the use of your own private stackable washer/dryer during your stay.

*POOL: Building A's pool is currently under construction and is projected to be completed by July 2025. Guests are able to use building B's pool next door.*
Beach service is included from May to October.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 3.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing little place

No issue with check in and no issue with our stay.. very clean and awesome view. Love the loft and enjoyed the bathroom in the loft. Great view right on the beach. Just renovated pool was heated and very clean.. just no shade. The room it self was a little out dated but it was still worth it.

Great Stay & Nice Location on Beach!!

The condo was great! We loved the view and the furnishings in this condo. We have stayed at Crystal Sands many times and this one was the best. Residing on the top floor, you will not experience any overhead foot traffic. We will return.

Great Place but updates needed

Everything was great the location, property, roads, etc. The only complaint I have was the furniture in the condo (looks nice but is badly worn out), mainly the downstairs bed and couches.

Good for the price

We had a nice stay however the condo was lacking some basic things like no dish towels, no blankets on the bed- just very thin sheet like material. Other than that I thought it was very nice.

Overall - wonderful! Few things need updating -

View is fabulous! Convenient & steps to the beach. 2 restaurants 5-10 minute walk and beach front. The pool is sub-par - parking lot side. Unit is NOT a 3 bedroom - it's 2 bedroom 2 bath with a closet converted to an extra sleeping room. Also, 2nd bedroom is a loft - will have to be quiet if you are up early. Few broken tiles / rusty fixtures in bathroom - would be a 5 if Wyndham paid attention to details.

Very disappointed

We stayed in 304A for our wedding and although the condo is a good size, it is very rundown and dingy. There was lots a dust everywhere. The carpets were filthy and so were the couches in the living room. We had friends staying in other rooms which were much nicer and updated.

Only 2 light plugs worked up stairs. The cleaners were so rude and didn’t care to help in the slightest. We love Destin but crystal sands needs to update or lower the prices.

Beautiful view but filthy accommodations.

Access to the beach is great. That’s the only positive. Gorgeous view, but the patio windows were dirty inside and out. October 2022 and the condition is the same as previous reviews reported: stained and filthy sofa and carpeting, overwhelming mold odor, broken lint trap, rusted shower rod, the hair dryer was ripped off the wall, broken (and sharp!!) floor tiles. General cleanliness was not sufficient either: There was food splatter on the wall near the kitchen trash bin, tons of dust around the door jambs and floorboards, and wall and door staining from handprints throughout the unit.

Great location, unit needs updating.

We have stayed in several units in Crystal Sands and this one was decent for the money but I think the owners could update just a few things to make it so much nicer. The tv needs to be upgraded to a smart tv so renters can watch Netflix and such. I think it's expected these days that smart tv's will be available. It should have been stated in the listing that this was not available. I would suggest replacing the towels as well. They are very old. The upstairs bedroom had no place to hang clothes, no closet or rack or anything. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped. I would suggest having extra blankets somewhere in the unit as well.

Not what I expected

I have stayed on this property many times in the last 20 years. This time, the codes did not work at 4, the stove did not work at all, and the third bedroom was locked (due to city ordinance, but I was not notified). None of this is ok, and I am very reasonable. I don't usually go on to these sights and give a negative rating but when I book early and prepay, then arrive to find my 3 bedroom is a 2 bedroom, and the stove doesn't work, that is a problem for anyone.

Not a great stay.

This was our fifth stay at Crystal Sands and, sadly, our least favorite. The top floor units previously had an upstairs bedroom, but due to a fire hazard (no windows), that room is no longer accessible. We did not notice this when making the reservation, forcing our family of six to share the cramped quarters for the week. That was our fault as I assumed the unit was the same as before and it was listed with two beds and a fold-out couch, so not taking away any points for that. That being said, this unit needs some attention. The washer and dryer were out of order (they were waiting on parts), causing a mid-week trip to the local laundromat. The kitchen smelled badly of mildew around the sink. The kitchen had the basics, but no skillets or baking sheets. The dishwasher door is hard to close since it sits crooked in the cabinets. Several floor tiles were cracked. The refrigerator froze most of our food. The couch and loveseat are badly worn out and it shows. The fold-out couch is horrible and we bought an inflatable mattress to sleep on instead. It just wasn't a good stay and not really relaxing at all. We were told other units have been remodeled and would look for those instead. The view from the balcony and beach chairs are fantastic. The pool was heated (late Oct. stay) and was fun for the kids. Great location and has excellent potential, but would not recommend this specific unit to anyone.

Love the Location...

We have stayed at this particular set of condos several times. We love it there. This particular unit needs a lot of work though. Upgrades need to be done to the TV's and furniture. It appears that the unit has been owned by the same person for a long time and still has the same furniture that has been in the unit for years. TVs are small. (master bedroom TV is about the size of a computer monitor and never worked during our stay.) Chances are that if there is a rodent issue in one unit, they are likely in all of them in the building, which is unfortunate. All in all, we would stay again on the property, just pick a different unit and management company.

Moldy smell in unit

The unit smelled very moldy like a damp basement. When we first opened the kitchen cabinets the smell was very distinct. We rewashed the limited dishes used and kept them on the counter. The carpet in the bedroom and loft also smelled like a locker room. We were very disappointed in the condition of the unit. In addition the complex has a no smoking policy that is not enforced. The smoke made sitting on the balcony a very short stay as the smell was very offensive. We notified the office but that did not change the smoking frequency. We love Destin and the gulf front views, but we did not enjoy this stay.

Perfect little getaway

My boyfriend and I had a great time here. I would note that the upstairs bedroom is a loft, and the small bedroom that hosts two twin sized beds is more of a closet than a bedroom. I'd say this place is perfect for a small family or a couple's get away! Definitely had a great time, and loved watching the sun set over the ocean every night!
