The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

As advertised

The house has bikes to ride around the neighborhood and the board walk, umbrella, chairs, and other beach items. The rooms were clean and host came to move the trash can to the curb for us which was nice of them. I would definitely recommend!

Family vacation

This was a great house for our family. It was in a wonderful gated area close to the beach. Perfect for jogging, riding a bike, etc. The house was filled with lots of appliances and plenty of room for all of us. They also had bikes in the garage to use which was a nice added benefit.

Not the best stay, but overall okay.

The home overall is very nice and is in a great location. When we arrived to the home after our check in time, the house had not been cleaned from the previous stay. They did send an emergency cleaning crew and made it right as far as cleaning fees. If you need to call for assistance, you are sent to a call center which is aggravating. When I received the check in instructions is said only 2 vehicles on the property. This was never listed in the house description. The house can hold up to 14 guests, which is more than 2 vehicles of people. Wasn’t my worst stay but not my best.

It was just OK

We had a problem at check in because the property wasn't ready and when we were finally given the ok the code we had to get in the door was not correct. After getting in we found the stove top didn't work and the sink was leaking. We called and they sent someone over to confirm the things we said but they couldn't fix it. We then had workers in our house the whole next day. Overall it was a decent living space. If we went back we would choose a different house to stay. Neighborhood was amazing.

Gated community 15-20 mins from beach by foot

The home was beautiful and comfortable for our family. It was in a very quiet & peaceful gated location. The home had enough towels for everyone and the rooms were cleaned. It just didn’t have the crib as I saw in the picture so my little one co slept with us. The neighbors were friendly. They rolled the trash can to the front early so we wouldn’t miss trash day. Thank you for that. The beach is about a 15-20 minute walk and it does not have beach access as it stated even with a beach access code on the app and when I called about it. We walked until we found the public access entrance. We ended up driving to Henderson State Park and as it was less crowded. The tv provider did not work even after I reported it the first night along with the wifi. We couldn’t log into our Netflix, Hulu, or Disney + on the TVs as it said the wifi was disconnected when we tried to do a late movie night with the kids in the living room. The wifi password was updated and communicated the following afternoon but it never worked on the tv. I think it was locked on the tv. Kitchen area needs at least a griddle. I regret not bringing mines as I use it to cook breakfast on it and it’s a lot easier to clean. Also the grill was never used by us not once and it needed a good scrub.

Nice place

The house was really nice. It was in a nice neighborhood. It is a 10-12 minute walk to the beach but it's not too bad. The bicycles don't work; they need repair. Overall the house is really nice and very enjoyable stay

House was nice, looked like the pictures! Not a far drive from the beach which was also an added plus. Also very close to some of our favorite restaurants. Fit everyone comfortably with additional space. Only downfall was the floors were not cleaned before we got there. There was also a snake (looked like a cottonmouth) that welcomed us on our first night. We called but no one came out to check on us or the property the next day. Other than those two things we had a great stay.

Birthday Celebration

Nice accommodations with plenty of space for family to celebrate a 90th birthday. Chose this property for the master bed & bath on first floor but was on second floor. Washer & dryer a real plus! Beds comfortable. Kitchen needs large skillet & pot holders for those planning to cook.! Instructions for stove as it had convection oven. Bicycles need repair!. Two instructions on air as we left first set at 75. — second shut off We set it at 75 as first instructed! Enjoyed our stay!

Great location.

Great location. Property very clean….only complaint is upon arrival the sink was full of coffee grains and wouldn’t drain. My husband finally was able to get it unclogged.

Very nice home, but….

The location of the home was great. The home was close to the beach and shopping areas. The decor was nice, as well. However, the overall cleaninless of the home was not up to par. We mopped the floor the FIRST night and the mop bucket water was BLACK! Mind you, we had to buy a mop and a bucket from a local store because the sponge mop in the house was filthy! I pray the floors are not being cleaned with this. Next, the doors on the home such as the front door and the pantry doors were dirty, as well, the grill! The tv channels available only were about 10 if that. Tvs in additional rooms were not all working. We called the Vacasa customer service number 4 times and finally a representative got someone to respond. There weee no linens for the sofa bed nor the trundles in the bunk beds area.

It was a very clean place and we all enjoyed our stay.

We enjoyed our stay! The place was very clean. I was a little disappointed in the pool, the water was warm and it wasn’t as big as I had previously thought it was. Could have had a few more cooking utensils in the kitchen.

Spacious, comfortable and well stocked

Had a great time. 3 families, total of 9 and had plenty of room. House was well stocked with kitchen items, towels, toilet paper, etc. Decent location to the beach. Long walk or you may get lucky with parking (we did) No complaints and Vacasa customer service was great. Katie called prior to check-in to welcome us to the area. Upon arrival, we noticed one of the smoke detectors was beeping. We called her and within an hour, a worker arrived with a new battery to replace it. Also, had a minor issue with the grill. They also called us back shortly, but we were able to resolve it ourselves. Overall, great experience with this home and Vacasa. Wouldn't hesitate to book in the future. Only suggestion is that listing stated 3 king beds...there are actually only 2 king beds and 1 queen. Not a huge deal, but would recommend updating the details.
