This comfy Sea Cottage offers amenities such as: covered/open decks, boat slip, social area with Grill, patio furniture, storage area with washer and dryer (for long term stays). Enjoy the amenities at Long Island Village including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, a challenging 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffleboard, putt-putt golf, restaurant and so much more! Also, just minutes away from the beaches of South Padre Island. Located bayside, with access to the Gulf of Mexico for great fishing and a short drive to SPI (beach). This Sea Cottage is perfect for your vacation getaway.
A fee of $94 .00 is due at registration as per LIV at the Welcome center. This gives you access to the resort amenities, a parking permit, gate access and pool wrist bands.
