We a a wonderful stress free week on Sunset Beach. Beautiful rental, easy to get to and conveniently located in a nice location. There a many stairs, so I'm happy our knees still work well! Check in was very easy, and the owner communicated quickly if we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again.

Beach travel

The place is very roomy and the views are beautiful. The place could use some updates. It was very nice to have a bathroom with each bedroom. Communication with owner was easy.A very nice place to stay.

Relaxing Vacation

This property was the perfect size for our 4 family vacation. There was alot of cobwebs on the porches but that didnt bother us alot. Perfect location and distance to Sunset Beach also. I would stay here in the future.

Very large space for our family of 6. Adult kids enjoyed having their own rooms and each with their own bathrooms. We really liked the screen porch and convenience to Sunset Beach. Very accommodating host. Will return!!!

Plenty of space for all of us. Not impressed with housekeeping though. There waa trash from who knows when still under the couch and behind the nightstands in the bedrioms. Overall was spacious and nice.

Stay at Sea Trail

The only negative is the pool. It was crowded because it is open to the public and it was dirty. The condo was beautiful and the location was amazing, but for us the pool is a huge piece and we did not like the pool at all and therefore only used it 2 times.

Good Space / A bit dated/ Bare kitchen

Enough bedrooms and baths to accomodate our family and give private space. Interior is a bit dated but everything works. The kitchen needs to be restocked in terms of enough plates/bowls and some cookware. We understand that things get broken or taken by previous renters but there wasn't enough of any same size plates to fee our group of 8-10ppl

I’m sorry you didn’t have a great experience. My housekeeper checked and there were 17 dinner plates, 18 salad plates and 16 bowls. A few may have been in the mini-suite kitchen. I have ordered additional dishes for restocking when needed.

Very Comfortable and Roomy

Communication with owner was very easy. Although bathrooms, carpeting, and kitchens were not updated, the home was very functional. We loved that the bedrooms were big and that each had its own bathroom. The family room and eating area was also big and comfortable — a great space to all be together! The screened in porch was also very nice, although a little cobwebby. We loved our stay here!

Great place for a wedding/family reunion

My niece was getting married on Ocean Isle Beach. We needed a large place for family to come and room for me to make her wedding cake. This place was perfect!!! We had more that enough room with ten adults and 2 kids. My grandchildren are 4 and 2. They had a great time with lots of room to play!! My granddaughter found the puzzles and had a great time with her aunts putting them together!! Will stay here again!! Thank you Glenda Washburn!!!

Great space but a bit dated

The unit was perfect for our needs, 2 couples and 2 teenage boys. The 4 en-suite bedrooms were spacious. The common area, kitchen and great room is great shared space.

Best experience ever for our family. Lots of space and bathrooms for every bedroom. The beds were amazingly comfortable, lots of supplies and kitchen tools. Highly recommend this home!

Accommodations on the greens

The property upon arrival was wonderful. Nice space and layout of rooms to accommodate three families. Easy access to the building and a short drive to Sunset Beach. There were a few unexpected issue with the a/c not working and some additional bugs in a few of the rooms that were not welcomed. The area can be prone to bugs but this was a bit more then we would have liked. The owner was very responsive to my requests to address our concerns. Overall I would recommend as a nice place to stay.

Escellent property!

The condo was spotless when we arrived. There were no big damages and everything seemed in good working order. it had good sized rooms. I like the little touches like towels in baskets , little baskets with hand sanitizer, hand lotion, disinfectant spray. We will definitely stay here again next year! Five stars plus!

Sea trails

Everything was wonderful! Only complaint was people from other townhouses parked at ours and we didn’t have parking! Beautiful place! Spacious and comfortable!

We live in the mountains of North Carolina but having been vacationing along the Carolina beaches for nearly 40 years. Fifteen years ago we discovered Sunset Beach and have come here exclusively since. While still working this is our getaway, but just a week or two each year.

This end unit has great views of the lake and #7 green of the maples course. Perfect getaway for a large family vacation or golf outing. The home is a half mile away from the bridge to Sunset Beach.
