DESCRIPTION
Charming 1 bedroom 1 bath cabin with full kitchen and washer/dryer in San Leon, TX. Includes a queen size bed in bedroom and a queen size sofa bed in living room. Sleeps 4 comfortably. Tile floors throughout. Includes covered parking for 2 cars below the unit.

POTS AND PANS
Pots and pans are available upon request. We suggest bringing the cooking supplies you want with you, to best accommodate your needs.

There is satellite TV, but no cable.

Clean new room but not the beach experience we were looking for.

The location wasn’t what we thought. It’s not close to any beach you can walk on. The neighborhood was very run down. They were doing construction next door that woke us up early every morning. Needs to have pans and cooking appliances so you can cook at place. The house shakes when you walk in it. The water temperature was only Luke warm. Tried taking a bath and was cold. No WiFi and terrible service. They did have a tv but with only a couple channels. Not an over all good experience. We enjoyed Galveston and will rent in that area next time.

Great hospitality

This place is very clean and hospitality/communication between the property manager is for sure 5 stars. We were originally supposed to be on one of the end condos, unit F, but ended up staying in unit D but it was fine because our neighbors weren’t loud or anything. The building itself is kinda wobbly, if you’re walking you can literally feel the building moving so it’s a little weird. But this property includes a washer and drier which was helpful. There’s also a coffee maker with some complimentary coffee bags, toaster, pots/pans/utensils/coffee cups/plates, etc. The shower has some complimentary soaps which was great because we actually ran out of body soap, however the water does not get hot enough. Also has a stove and dishwasher, so all in all it was a nice stay.

Stay was Great!

My husband was working in the Houston area on business. He is not a fan of staying in the city so this was a perfect location. Place was clean and quiet.

Perfect for us

This location was perfect for us at it was right in between everywhere we were wanting to go. Check-in process was smooth, place was clean and presented just like described in the listing. Host was responsive and everything went very smoothly.

perfect one bdrm

we were given the code for the door key early, the apartment was very clean, nicely laid out. Everything was there for you. The only thing that would have made it better if there had been more than one frying pan and one big pan to use in the kitchen. This made cooking kinda difficult. Otherwise it was a perfect stay
