“Desert Escape”. Whether you’re celebrating a birthday, anniversary, a new job, retirement, or simply celebrating the sunshine our home and Lake havasu are sure to create a great experience.

“Desert Escape” is a large 3-bedroom pool home located in the South Central residential estates area with plenty of room for parking and close to the Lake! Recently remodeled and fully furnished home is awaiting your arrival. Enjoy your morning coffee and/or cocktails in the evenings either indoors or outside. Backyard has plenty of sitting areas with swimming pool, room for games, fire pit, and BBQ ready for grilling.Just a few blocks away from McCulloch St., and close to Albertsons. There's plenty of room for family and friends to relax, renew, and indulge in some Arizona sunshine.

Come and stay in paradise and enjoy resort style living at its finest just minutes from the Lake, several golf courses, restaurants, movie theaters, grocery stores and London Bridge.

Lavishly landscaped backyard with a large refurbished pool and deck with covered patio in the sought after south central Residential Estates area 2 blocks from downtown! And just a stone's throw to the London Bridge Golf Course. You'll have a hard time jetting back to reality after your stay at Desert Escape.

2 out of 3 of us had to work from home 1/2 of the day and this home provided exceptional areas to accommodate that! Coffee on the patio was peaceful and quiet. The neighborhoods were perfect for morning walks and there is also a beautiful park a block away

Upon arrival we were all really happy with how lovely this house is and the care to make it comfortable and stocked with everything a person needs. Communication was clear and concise about check in/out. Personable host and very professional. We would have loved it if we had the option to pay more per day to hear the pool (if that’s an option). Otherwise the cool water felt good on our legs while sitting around the edge chatting.

LOCATION! LOCATION! LOCATION, and a great house. Close to Windsor launch and the soon to open Contact Point Marina in Havasu Riviera. The South Central Location is ideal! We are close to everything and just a stone's throw from London Bridge Golf Course.

Lake Havasu is a great place to enjoy all kinds of outdoor activities along with friendly people. There is always something going on, like classic car or boat shows and races, poker runs and much more. Lake Havasu is a great place for Snowbirds who love to golf, boat, fish, and enjoy great weather. This house has it all.
