You will enjoy the open concept fully stocked kitchen and living room or you can enjoy your meals outside with the outdoor BBQ and kitchen. Gather around the gas lit fireplace as you watch your kids enjoy the Pool, Hot tub and Corn Hole court in the private backyard.
This home is perfect for families, couples, retirees and groups looking to enjoy all that Lake Havasu has to offer year-round. WIFI and smart flat screen TV's in each room making it easy to wind down at the end of the day. Large driveway and gravel front landscaping making it easy to park boats and trailers. We built on this lot because we loved the proximity to the London bridge, launch ramp and downtown. Getting off the water and pulling into your home 5 minutes later is the ultimate vacation spot for us.
