This property boasts stunning views where you can watch the sunset from the comfort of the sofa in the living room or enjoy the gentle Gulf breezes from the balcony while you sip your favorite beverage and marvel at the dolphins playing in the surf.

106 can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests with a king bedroom, queen sleeper sofa, and a set of twin hallway bunks.

This lovely coastal condo also comes with easy beach access from the private boardwalk to the white sandy beach and one of the rare coastal dune lakes, Eastern Lake. In a perfect location, centrally located in Seagrove Beach in-between famous 30A Seaside, Alys Beach and Rosemary Beach convenient to great dining and shopping options, you’ll surely want to count this accommodation as your home away from home.

Short, Quick Stay

We stayed here for a long weekend. Everything was just as described. Wonderful view of the beach. Beach chairs are NOT included so be sure to bring your own or call 30A Shade. Perfect for a quick trip!!

Amazing views

Lovely corner unit allows amazing views of the beach. We had issues with the door lock but otherwise had a great visit. Recommend Seagrove Market for dinner.

With the private beach, we had no trouble setting up right on the water. However, the furniture in the unit is ready for a good cleaning/replacement. The bed was hard and not comfortable at all. Benchmark was great, as always, and we will rent with them again!

The dead bolt on the lock sometimes sticks and needs to be corrected; this makes it hard to get in sometimes. The shower curtain rod almost fell down and the curtain rod in the living room did come loose.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the beach views and the access to the beach! I think there were some things that could be done to improve our stay. The remotes to the TVs needed new batteries, hair dryers weren’t provided and there needs to be more attention to cosmetic details. There were many items that needed to be cleared out of kitchen drawers and closets including old remotes and construction materials that took up space. Also the access to the beach required key fobs and a key code access was not available. Although a code was given there was no keypad. I would recommend the HOA adding a pad. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend.

Memorial Day Getaway

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was very good and clean. Location was good and beach access is great. There was an issue with a water leak being repaired when we arrived so a hole was in the wall all week. The only negative is the couch is dirty and very uncomfortable needs updating.

Great location but lacking

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First of all, be sure to screen shot or print your info before getting in to town if you have verizon because there is no service. We could access our email to get the door code, then the door code was wrong. Finally made it in an hour later and the wifi was not working. The light switch in the front bath was broken and the couch has stains on it. Benchmark was very helpful and the location is great. We will be back here but not to this condo.

Problem on Arrival

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a major problem on arrival, the door code would not work, and we couldn't get in. Finally, I was able to contact maintenance and they came out and opened the door. Someone had unplugged the lock control inside the condo. This told me that the condo was not properly checked before our arrival. The person I talked to said this had happened in the past and I suggested that this should be checked after the departure of the previous tenant. Other than that, the condo was very nice, and we will probably rent it again as long as something is done about checking the door entry system.

The control panel for the lock is supposed to always plugged in, so we want to apologize for that not being the case when you got to the property. It is never our intention for guest to be displeased upon arrival and we will pass you comment along to the proper parties to ensure future guest to not experience the same issue. Perfectly appointed, Gorgeous View!

You will love your stay here! Only weird thing was the beach access information still gives a number to type in but you must use electronic bracelets hanging by the door. Otherwise, perfection!
