The private balcony is perfect for sipping a morning cup of coffee or a sunset cocktail. The spacious primary bedroom includes a smart TV for added entertainment options. Golf cart rentals are allowed. You can rent a gas powered golf cart and utilize your 1 parking space OR rent a battery powered golf cart rental across the street at Butterfly Bike and Kayak and park/charge there.

This rental is located on the ground floor.

Chelsea was so nice to dealWith and very prompt on responding back to any question I had. Will definitely consider staying there again. And property was right on beach so it was very convenient to get to beach

The condo was so cute! I am marking it as a favorite for the next time my family and I want to visit Santa Rosa! Condo was so convenient to the beach. Having the beach chair service was a pro I didn’t expect to love so much!! While I didn’t have children with me, I am a mom and noticed a pack n play store under the bunks another huge plus!!

Great space and location for the price

We really enjoyed our stay at seagrove serenity. The unit was nice and clean and provided all the basics we needed to cook a few meals there to help save on our budget. I appreciated having the washer and dryer available for our use during our stay. There were a lot of decorations I had to put in cabinets or higher shelves to keep safe from my toddler lol but I appreciated the cute aesthetic. Chelsea with the property management company was super responsive and helpful for our check in and any questions I had throughout. Will definitely use 30a five star properties when we come back next year.

We absolutely loved this condo! It was very clean and cozy, and decorated so cute! We were right on the beach which was exactly what we wanted. There were plenty of places to eat within walking distance and even more within a 5 minute drive. Chelsea is SUPER responsive and helpful which I really appreciate! We look forward to staying here again!
