Things to Know
This is a non-smoking vacation rental, which applies both inside the home and on the balcony. (There is a dedicated smoking area in the parking lot.) This policy is strictly enforced.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The condo was exceptionally clean and has an absolutely beautiful view of the ocean. Loved sitting on the porch and listening to the waves and breathe in the salt air.

The view of the beach was perfect. The condo is the perfect size for a couple get away or visiting family and friends that live locally. The bed could use a new mattress. The building itself is currently under a lot of renovations therefore the pool, hot tub and parking garage was restricted. I would certainly stay again in the future while visiting my son who is stationed at nas.

I would never recommend this property to anyone. It was run down, broken furniture, door knob falling off, stove didn’t work. Washer and dryer barely worked. Also I accidentally left my son’s blanket there and informed them within thirty mins of leaving and they said they didn’t see it. So in other words they kept it!!!! Don’t stay at their property!!!

4 Night Stay

The room size was small but perfect for what we needed! It is on the same level as the pool, which is super convenient but is loud at night. That wasn't an issue for us but could be for others. There's a set of stairs right outside the balcony door that leads to the beach access. The ice machine was right next to the unit as well. We love Perdido Key- not as crowded but plenty of food options or a short drive to other cities for more options.

The condo was nice, being by the pool …. If you like taking naps don’t pick this condo. People stayed in the pool till almost 10:30 PM at times. The entry door is also by the gate to the pool and it rattled quite a bit, Other than that the area was great. The patio door was tricky to lock but we figured it out.

Perfect location

Great location in a less busy part of the beach strip, but still had plenty around for food selections. Condo was right next to the pool with easy access to the beach. Only downside was balcony wasn’t private, but that wasn’t a big deal!

Everything was very clean . Excellent place to stay. One issue the mattress on the bed really needs replaced. Thank again we will definitely be back to this condo

The location to the beach can not be beat! The price reflects the condo. It needs some upgrades like a new mattress, better lighting in the bathroom and an insulated front door to help decrease the outside noise. It is on the same balcony as the pool and the ice machine is very close to the front door. Despite the noise we really did have a great stay at the beach! I’m not sure I would stay in this condo again, but I will definitely be back to Perdido Key. It is much less touristy than other beach locations.

Suitable but Not Special

In comparison to the listing, the unit did not meet expectations. The mattress was very soft and rolled to the middle, water damage was evident on the floors, furniture was worn. The balcony was not private and did not provide chairs at the unit. Communication was not left in the property regarding check out instructions so I didn’t see them until I checked email after leaving the property. The balcony door was extremely difficult to lock.

Love this place

I absolutely loved everything about this place. The only thing I would change would be the bed. The bed isn’t comfortable at all. We laid down and both rolled to the center. Everything was immaculate. Service was top notch.

Nice Stay, Would Stay Again, But Deceptive Photos

Nice condo for one person or a couple. Everything you need in the kitchen. Great location on Perdido Key. Uncrowded beaches, close to Pensacola, and the Florabama lounge. BUT, the photos of the balcony are deceptive and mkae it look like you have a private balcony. Instead you step out the back door onto a common breezewy connecting 4 rooms to the pool area, Yes there is a chair out there but it is not private.

Perfect lication

Great room for 2 people. Mattresses needs upgraded and sofa sleeper not too comfy. Would add a tv in bedroom. Balcony door needs new handle or adjusting. Other than a few upgrades room was perfect !

Great location -thats about it

I purchased through VRBO, turns out this is not a vacation rental by owner, but through something through Vacasa. The password for the WIFI and TV use did not work. 90 minutes, 4 phone calls, explanations about the internet being out, different passwords provided that did not work, run around telling me the building internet was out, and finally got someone who told me the password changed and got us set up, ruining our arrival to beach. My child was in tears-- that we might have to move to someplace else. The next morning started out with no water-- apparently plumbers were working on a public bathroom and turned off our unit without any notification at 0800. The room door is right next to a public access to the pool. This area is VERY loud and echos.. the wind blows the gate and it bangs all night long. Better be a sound sleeper or you will not sleep. The hide a bed has a mattress that is awful-- old spring style that no one can sleep on. My kid built a mattress out of the couch cushions and pillows to sleep. They do not supply toilet papers, probably should include that in the listing as every VRBO usually supplies towels and t.p. No one expects soap or shampoo, but T.P is a basic. The gate to the beach is broken, forcing you to walk through the building and take elevator every time you want to go down to it. There were really nice rinse off stations there. Only one of the two on the pool deck worked. We made the best of it, but found this stay not so much a vacation

Great, but…..

Stay was great, but the mattress was awful. Needs to be replaced. Lock on the door going onto the balcony was tricky to lock, but figured out a trick to it so that was fine.
