Grand Caribbean is located gulf side, 50 yards from the beach, with public beach access.  Captain’s bunks built into the hallway allow for extra sleeping and make Grand Caribbean an excellent value. This 700 SF end unit has a private patio with direct access by elevator to the pool and picnic area.

This place was absolutely awesome so close to the beach and exactly what is posted in the pictures!! We will definitely be coming back!

Grand perfect layout for our small family of four with one bedroom and then the two bunk beds in the hallway for the kids. Nice and close to the beach with easy access with only one one dead-end road crossing to get there. The condo was nicely updated and had everything we needed to feel right at home and cook most of our meals "at home." The coded and gated parking is nice for security, especially if you have bikes or cargo boxes on your vehicle. We have stayed here before and didn't have to go anywhere to to check in, just straight to the room. For this particular stay. We had to go to Perdido Realty's office to get the vehicle pass and check-in materials, not a big deal since it's nice and close but slightly more deal than just being able to go straight to the room. We had a great stay and would definitely stay again!

FL Beach Vacation

This was a great condo for me, my wife and two teenager boys to stay in. It was very conveniently located to the beach and to restaurants. It was also very quiet and peaceful without the hustle and bustle of Destin.

Perfect for Two!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property was clean, well kept, and was furnished with everything we needed! Short walk to the beach and we enjoyed gulf views from the deck while we ate lunch. We highly recommend!

Overall the condo was fantastic. Just as described and pictured. Close to the beach. We did have an issue with the cable TV not working properly. WiFi at the condo wasn’t great.

A nice getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much. The scenary was beautiful all around. The balcony was relaxing. Ocean waves could been seen and heard. The condo was incredibly clean and had every thing we needed. If the shower was a little bit hotter, it would've better. Overall, a great getaway.

Perfect getaway

This was perfect for my family of 4. It was clean, comfortable, the air conditioner worked GREAT! It seemed to be newly renovated. The balcony was so peaceful. You can hear the waves and it was quiet. There was a Beach access specifically for the property with minimal people. I would stay here again in a second! Thank you for the perfect family getaway!

Nice place

Our first choice condo was canceled on our way to Florida so we booked this one on the way. It was sufficient in a pinch but a little crowded with 6 people. Not enough towels nor enough seating for all in our party which was odd. It was clean and close to public access to the beach. It was also fairly quiet as it is not a giant high rise.

I'm sorry to hear about the hiccup with your original condo reservation, but I'm glad to hear that the alternative option ended up working out for your group in a pinch. Love the corner unit

It was a great stay. The condo was stocked with everything that was needed in the kitchen. Unfortunately we could not get the TV to work and the AC went out one afternoon. But the property management had someone out within a few hours and we had AC again for the night.
