Great place to stay

Thoroughly enjoyed the stay. Will book again but not thru VRBO. Was not aware they charged a percentage of the booking. Great place, close to beach, issues were resolved promptly, friendly staff.

This condo is nicely appointed with everything you would need. The condo was clean and was everything that was advertised online. The condo is very close to the beach with a private walkway to the beach. If you love the beach, this is the condo for you.

Clean and thoughtful beachside escape!

Property management was very helpful and responsive (though we had no issues) and the location couldn’t be beat! Hearing waves crashing from the patio, easy walk to the beach, lots of turtles to watch. The pool was small but clean and nice so it made a good alternative to the ocean when we wanted it.

Great location

Great location, easy access to the beach. Close to shops and the restaurant across the street was wonderful. We took a vantage of the grocery delivery and everything was there and put away for us when we check in! If you plan to use the beach rental credit, just note that it must be preordered, no same day delivery.

Great time

We enjoyed our stay at the condo, it was very neat clean and comfortable. The beach was beautiful with access right at condo entrance. The town was a lot of fun with plenty of bars, restaurants and shops. We will be back hopefully when we are not running ahead of a hurricane :)

Nice place

Very clean and great well equipped kitchen. Nice ocean view. Roomy master BR and second BR. The twin beds in the third BR could have been more comfortable and less noisy. Would’ve liked more light over the dining room table. Overall, a good place and the price was right. Would stay again.

Best place to stay in Fernandina beach

Very nice, convenient, well maintained, place to stay. They respond very quickly to any issues and are super courteous and polite. We've been staying there around 10 years and we still keep coming back. It's not a hotel, don't expect daily maids or anything like that. That's not what they do. Great spot on the beach, private access with water spray off. I just love staying there

Amazing

This condo was spacious and very clean. The pool was so nice, the maintenance guy was amazing (my father in law lost his parking pass). They take great care of this place. A great location. Nothing to complain about at all. I recommend this place. Stayed here with my husband in laws, and our two young toddlers. Perfect
