But there's more to discover! The living room is a comfortable paradise with two extra couches, a sofa chair, and a huge flat-screen TV. Right next door, a charming breakfast area opens up to the large and sunny pool deck. The deck is a dream – covered lanai, loungers, and a cool seating area, all inviting you to soak up that Florida sunshine.

Now, let's talk bedrooms – there are four in total, each designed for your total comfort. The master bedroom is fit for royalty with a king bed and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Bedrooms two and three are perfect for friends or family, each with two twin beds and a shared bathroom that's just right. Bedroom number four is a queen-size haven with its own bathroom and access to the pool deck – that's luxury!

And the fun keeps going! There's a games room through the laundry room, equipped with a pool table, air hockey, and foosball – entertainment galore!

Orange Tree is the place to be, just off US Hwy 27, with a fantastic community vibe. A short drive takes you to Disney, top-notch restaurants, grocery stores, and beautiful state parks. Get ready for unforgettable memories in this awesome villa!

Note: The entire house is yours, except for the owner's closet. We're here for you in person or on the phone if you need anything during your stay.
