This rental is in a quiet residential area within walking distance to the South village and beach. The open concept kitchen/living room is bright and well furnished. The kitchen, as well as the bedrooms and bath are well appointed and contain all the linens and supplies anyone could need. Our favourite resting spot was the cozy screened in side porch. There is an open back patio, BBQ, laundry room and a hose for washing down beach equipment after each trip. The owner is hands on, caring,and attentive. We look forward to returning soon.

Great stay!

We spent a lovely 2 weeks in this beautifully presented and well equipped property which is within walking distance to Siesta Key beach. Lori was a great host, responding quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

Florida getaway

Enjoyed our stay very much! The patio was awesome. Siesta Key and Turtle beach are 15-20 minute drive over the lift bridge. Grocery store is a short drive as well. Home is well furnished and modern.

Great experience!

Lori was a great host, very attentive and gracious. The home was fully stocked, clean and was beautifully decorated. The location was perfect, close the beach, downtown Sarasota, shops and great restaurants. We highly this home.

Very nice neighborhood for walking and only 10 min walk to beach , restaurants etc I will look forward to staying at Lor’s property again.

Charming home just steps away from Beach access

Ideal location to the Beach, Publix and local eateries. Quiet and friendly neighborhood. "B" Ave. 2 bedroom/ 1 bath home is so charmingly sweet. Large bedrooms, separate LR and study/work space, full-size washer & dryer and outside oasis. So sweet!!!

Quiet neighborhood close to the beach

This place was better than we'd hoped for and exactly what my wife and I needed. Quiet peaceful neighborhood only a few minutes from Siesta Key Beach. Coffee on the beach watching the sunrise every morning, 5 minute ride back to the house once the sun got hot and the beach got crowded, naps and food then back out to stay on the beach til sunset. House is in a great location to be able to run back and forth to the beach multiple times a day without it feeling like a chore. Would DEFINITELY stay here again!

Lovely home, great location!

The home is in a very nice neighborhood close to Stickney Bridge and walkable to beach. Home is lovely, great kitchen with everything you need to cook a nice meal. House is small but perfect for 2! Enclosed side porch perfect for an afternoon nap or evening cocktail. Back patio very nice along with separate laundry facility. The only thing missing was a grill. We enjoyed our stay and Lori was very attentive and gave us great suggestions for visiting Sarasota!!

I’m glad you enjoyed your stay in beautiful Sarasota! This VRBO property listing does not advertise as having a grill in the list of amenities. Sarasota has so much to offer and is a wonderful winter destination for warm sunny weather, beautiful white sand beaches and gorgeous sunsets!

Perfect!

We (family of 4) stayed 8 nights and felt very comfortable. High quality equipment in new condition, tastefully decorated and very clean. Nice kitchen that ist fully equipped and spotless clean. Location is great. Nice, quiet and safe neighborhood with low traffic. Well maintained large corner lot, great for the kids to play outside. Short ride to Siesta key beach. Great host, very friendly, proactive in making sure we had everything we needed and quick responses. Exceeded our (already high) expectations and we would highly recommend this property!

The best of both worlds

Turn left and a brief walk over the bridge to the South Village and access #12 to the beach. Turn out of the drive to the right and the road leads to a light at the main road Tamiami Trail. The cute cottage has a wonderful kitchen, fully supplied with many necessities. We loved sitting in the screened side porch. The bathroom and both bedrooms were also supplied with all one could need. The owner also graciously supplied a new bbq which I said would be nice but I didn't expect. We had a lengthy stay and will do so again soon. The owner was very easy to contact and was very responsive to any questions.

Beautifully updated & decorated home in quiet area

This two bedroom house was just perfect for a weeklong stay in Siesta Key. Walking distance to the free trolley and the beach voted best in the USA. We loved the privacy of the quiet neighborhood and the comfort of the beds and bedrooms. Everything spotless, nothing overlooked for our ease and happiness right down to the luxurious terry robes and new, wrapped slippers. The screened porch has a perfect chaise for two and the backyard patio is magical. A solt glow of artificial candles and party lights makes the house feel very special. The applicances are new and the kitchen is fully equipped with all that anyone could want -- plenty of very good quality pots and pans, a very pretty dining area and tons of counter space. The closets in the bedrooms are generous and well organized. The host is very responsive and concerned that the entire stay is perfect. Great big TV in living area and another in the master bedroom. This could not have been a better house, host, or location. We'd love to return.

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property. It was absolutely perfect for a family of four and we were really impressed by the little touches incorporated throughout. Moreover, Lori, was very attentive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend this property!

Cozy, Comfortable and Well Located

This house was spotless when we arrived. It is located close to the bridge to Siesta Key and makes getting around easy. The amenities are 1st rate. Loved the well decorated interior. Wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Golden Egg

When we open the door to enter the suite 2 bedroom cottage we gasped with joy! The décor is so lovely and calming and beechy and sweet. Each bedroom had the most comfortable Queen beds with with snuggly sheets and comforters. We actually looked forward to coming home everyday from the beach. The owner was so helpful and attentive. 5 star Cottage!

Excellent. Location close to everything but still apart when wanted to. Nice quiet neighborhood. Basic needs were already in the house. Lovely home! Would definitely stay again.
