Everything was fantastic. We arrived and checked in without a hitch. Lamps were on to welcome us and the place was spotless. The bed was super comfortable. The kitchen was well supplied and the bathroom was a dream. Our favorite spots were the wonderful couch and the great private yard which we spent most of our time. The hosts were great people. The location was a short walk to the beach but still very private. Would highly recommend this place for great location, comfort and caring hosts.

Lovely clean new apartment. The owner provided everything from paper towels to beach wagon! Walking less than a block to the Gulf was wonderful! Plenty of parking! Great big yard with lovely tables and chairs and a Webber Grill! They even provided tooth brushes! Couldn't ask for more. We will be back......

This is our second time staying here. We love the property. It is spacious, comfortable, clean, private, and has everything we need. The hosts are friendly, accommodating, and informative. The home is so close to both the circle and the beach. We will definitely be back in the future.

Short walk to the beach and easy access the restaurant/shops. Enjoyed our stay and had ever we needed. Patio area was relaxing.

Great little place

Our stay was so good at this little place. The owners were so nice and welcoming. It has everything you need to cook instead of eating out. I would definitely stay again.

Great Location & Hosts!

The location is the best thing about this property! Across the street from the public beach to watch sunsets and a short walk to stores and restaurants at St Armands Circle. The hosts, Karl and Jo, were responsive and accommodating - very friendly. We're looking forward to future stays!

Great place to stay on Lido Beach

This was the best VRBO that we stayed at. Clean, private courtyard, spacious, accommodating owners , they provided all the beach equipment. And Best of all across the street to the beach. Two blocks to the public pool, and four blocks to st Armands key.

We had a great time during our family vacation! Location was perfect, walking distance to everything. Only part that was hard was locating the property because it didn’t pull up correctly on google maps.

Perfect location

My husband and I rented this place three years in a row. Very clean and the location is excellent. Owners are great and respond to any concerns immediately. Highly recommend this property.

Great rental

We really enjoyed our stay. The unit was clean, and in a great location. The hosts live on-site, but we had full privacy. Saw them in passing a few times and they were super nice and welcoming. Having full access to the courtyard area and the grill was a bonus! We will definitely look to stay here again when in Lido.

Perfect location if no car

Chose this location as it was across the street from the beach and a very short walk to St Armands Circle. Quiet, relaxing and just what we needed in the midst of a pandemic. Great hosts and very helpful with advice.

Best place in Lido Key!

Not only was this the most affordable choice in the area the owner was very nice and provided literally anything you could need. Not a single complaint at all ! Would recommend to anyone.

Perfect location

We loved our stay at this property. It is an easy walk to the beach but a quiet street. The kitchen was fully outfitted with cookware and dishes to allow us to eat in most of the time. The furniture was comfortable and it was very nice to be able to do laundry on site so we could travel more lightly on the plane. The owners were very helpful as well.

We have been staying at this house for several years and find it comfortable. The owners are very friendly and respond to any concerns quickly. Beach access is great and it is located in short walking distance to St. Armonds Circle.

Quiet Cozy Beach Vacation

Love this home! Well maintained! The linens were upscale- soft and cool to the touch. Enjoyed many meals in the cozy courtyard. Great location to Lido Beach and downtown St. Armands circle. The owners are available for any questions you may have. Highly recommend staying here for a refreshing vacation!

convenient location

We spent a week, everything was as described in listing. Perfect spot especially if you don't have a vehicle. Beautiful sunsets right across the street.....Carl and Jo are very pleasant and were quick to respond to our questions . Would definitely recommend.

Great Location

My wife and I had a great time in Sarasota. The house we stayed in was everything that we needed. Plenty of space, privacy, amenities, walked to the beach everyday and all kinds of activities to do around us. The owners were very nice and accommodating. Would recommend this place t anyone. Perfect family retreat

Jo and Carl were incredible hosts - warm, accommodating, and incredibly responsive. They went above and beyond to make our kids feel welcome. The location is fabulous and the unit has everything we needed to cook, do laundry, and enjoy some downtime as a family. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. It was a truly magical Christmas!

Cute Lido Key Beach Bungalow

My family enjoyed our two-week stay on Lido Key. The condo is a short walk to the beach and the hosts provide a cart, chairs, cooler and umbrella. It is also 5 minutes to St. Armands where you can enjoy good shopping and great restaurants. We even cooked at the condo and used the outdoor grill. The backyard is a peaceful and well kept. The hosts provide everything you need for a relaxing beach vacation.

Lido D&M

We had a nice stay at this place. Good location, quiet most of the time, and a short walk to the beach. They had a wagon, chairs, and a cooler for the beach (could use an ice pack in the freezer). The front door lock has to be replaced, sometimes it works, sometimes it takes a number of tries to get it locked. Don't want to deal with this when we're on vacation. The only down side really is that it could use some updating. The beds were not good. The king size bed was so hard we couldn't sleep on it. The other bed wasn't the best either. A suggestion would be to invest in some good mattresses or at least some mattress toppers. Good sleep is very important to us when we are on vacation. A few more things for cooking should be added (like aluminum foil, sugar, etc). Unfortunately there is a big construction project next door, so during the day Mon - Fri, not so quiet. Over all it is a great place to stay. Thank you for opening up your home to us. We hope to return in the future.
