Hodnett Cooper proudly presents this lovely St. Simons Grand condominium. With three bedrooms, three baths, and beautiful furnishings throughout.

Enjoy spectacular ocean views from the living room, dining room, kitchen, and master suite. This condominium is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #202 offers a remarkable ocean view and pleasant appointments throughout. A small pet under 35 pounds will be accepted with a $150 non-refundable pet fee.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Use your credit for adult and children's bicycles, chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, boogie boards, coolers, cornhole and more – the choice is yours!

Beautiful condo. Beach is gorgeous. Loved St Simon's

The condo was very spacious, clean and well appointed. Easy to get back and forth to beach and pool and close to downtown area with shops and restaurants. We had a wonderful time! Will definitely be back

fantastic property

This was a wonderful spot for a family vacation. The property was nicely laid out. Lots of space for privacy and family time. The grounds are beautiful and well-maintained. The Golden Isles is filled with great activities.

Well appointed and comfortable space

We very much enjoyed our stay. We cooked a lot and appreciated the well equipped kitchen. All the instructions were clear and complete. My one minor question was quickly answered by property management who were easy to reach on a holiday.

Very nice stay

The condo is lovely and well appointed. We used the kitchen most days for breakfast and lunch. We found everything we needed as far as utensils, pots, pans, etc. The balcony was large and a perfect place to relax. Many mornings we had coffee watching the sunrise. The condo complex is quiet and well maintained. Just an overall nice vacation spot and we hope to stay again!

Overall great condo!

The location is excellent, close to all of the restaurants, stores, and its on the beach. The beds were comfy and the condo had beautiful decor. All the utensils and appliances you can need are available in the kitchen. The condo overlooks the beach, great big balcony, directly in front of pool. The couch is super comfy. Only cons were the washer has a lot of mildew and the dryer door is broken. The condo is updated except for the showers. Shower heads need replacing and shower door in master bathroom doesn’t shut so water gets all in floor. Overall it was a great place to stay and we truly enjoyed it!

Title pool blocking ocean access

We had a wonderful time! The complex is fabulous. The shower in the queen bed bedroom was corroded and the tub was rusty. We didn’t use that bathroom. The washing machine was filled with mold but it did work. This condo could be a 5 with a tiny bit of tlc. The biggest issue is access to the beach. There is a GIANT title pool that blocks access to the beach. It was not shown or mentioned in the description. We were able to wade through but it was dirty water. Over all we had a wonderful time! We will definitely be back!!
