Enjoy spectacular ocean views from every residence at the St. Simons Grand. This exclusive collection of condominium homes is quickly becoming the Island favorite.

Each residence at the St. Simons Grand is well appointed with a large living and dining area, oversized oceanfront balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and three or four generously sized bedrooms.

Community amenities include gated access, wireless internet service, nighttime property patrol, private beach boardwalk, large heated oceanfront swimming pool, hot tub, lagoon with gazebo, and beautifully landscaped grounds.

Grand #304, offered by Hodnett Cooper, features three bedrooms, three baths, a remarkable ocean view, and beautiful appointments throughout.

Bedding Includes: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Twins

Pets permitted under #35 with a non refundable fee of $150.

Beach Gear Credit Now Included Hodnett Cooper has partnered with VayK Gear, a beach delivery service provider to offer beach gear rentals to Hodnett Cooper guests in participating properties. Confirm a new reservation with Hodnett Cooper Vacation Rentals at a participating property with length of stay between 2 – 14 nights, arriving March thru October, and receive a daily credit from VayK Gear towards beach gear rentals during the stay! Beautiful Location!

We love this complex, it has a very nice pool and is right on the beach! The condo had a lot of room and was very comfortable. We came down for golf training and decided to stay a couple extra days to enjoy the beach and pool. Had a great time!

Superb view & location

Nice accommodations overlooking the beach. Love walking through the dunes to get to the beach, but not as much as the dogs. Condo is nicely appointed, but has wear. Great proximity to Pier Village, Lighthouse, Crabdaddy’s, & Red Fern Village. Canine-family-friendly beach & city. Easy breezy check in/out!

Memorial Day weekend 2023

Property was nice, clean, great view, well appointed. Close to Village to bike. Restaurants close to walk to. Only negative was long walk around lagoon to get to beach/ocean.

fantastic views and proximity to beach

This was a fabulous property - exquisite decor, great furniture, great pots/pans/dishes in kitchen - the patio is so fabulous we sat out there for each meal looking at the ocean. A local vendor provides chair and umbrella rental on the beach - this unit has no beach items to use while there - great pool and hot tub - long walk to ocean from property but doable. GREAT property.

Just what we needed

A short family get away with our college age daughters and our dog (a rare occurrence) It was a great location , beachfront with a pool (we used the pool, hot tub and went to the beach). Also enjoyed bikes through the equipment rental option. House was well appointed and comfortable. Overall the property was well kept. Would stay again…thanks for a great stay!

What a view of the beach!

Upon arrival we saw someone riding a horse on the beach. What a beautiful sight! This condo was clean, beautifully furnished, with plenty of room for a four-generation girls' trip. We even opted to order seafood from a local restaurant to eat in the condo because we were convinced no restaurant in town had the amazing view we did from the dining room table. We even enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub even though it was December. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Condo

We enjoyed the views of the ocean, location of complex, design and quality of the furniture. There is a walk to the beach, but it’s a beautiful walk. It is beachfront condo, but an area of “wetlands and sand dunes” are in front of the complex. Flat, easy paths to the beach. My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattresses. Very hard! Thanks!

wonderful large balcony and view

We had a wonderful time. Each room was spacious and comfortable. I especially liked the large balcony and view. Also, I was happy to be able to bring my miniature poodle. There were several dogs in the complex and that made me feel that dogs were appreciated. The grounds of the complex were beautiful. I wish there would have been a keurig coffeemaker. There was no wine opener. The coffee mugs were very tiny. I would love to stay there again though.

The property was overall a good property. Nice views, and plenty of space. Bed in master was awesome. Our only issue was our check in process. We checked in at 4:30 pm and were given 2 keys, and neither of them would open the door. So we called the property manager and the phone service said to return to the front gate to get working keys. So down we went back to the car with our luggage and back to the car. Upon getting to the gate the property manager said he would walk back up with us with the key to make sure we got in as there was only one other key to the unit. The key did open the door. However, as we were 2 couples we said we need another key. He said to call back in the morning and someone would come and get our only key, and have duplicates made. So I made arrangements with him that I would call at 8am and he said he would leave a note for the morning maintenance to expect my call. I called at 8am, and got the security guard. He said the maintenance man does not come in before 9. Long story short, I didn’t want to wait until 9 for someone to take our only remaining key so I gave up and we just dealt with one key the whole time. The only “problem” with the inside of the unit is the cottage shutters in the master do not close properly so if you are light sensitive you may want to sleep in another bedroom.

This is a wonderful condo that is fully equipped and stocked with most anything you might need. The view is exceptional and beach access easy & convenient. The grounds around the complex are lovely and beautifully maintained. St Simon Island Beach is gorgeous and allows dogs all day during off season and after 5pm during prime season. The management company, Hodnett Cooper, has great communication and is very responsive to questions or needs. I really enjoyed the stay here but marked down the score just a little because of my comment below about the balcony as it took me 2 days to get it to where I was comfortable to use it. I have sent a separate note to property manager with a couple opportunities as space here is limited.If you rent this unit, just some notes. The master bed is super high - counter height of 36" so if you aren't tall it will be difficult to use. The toaster didn't work quite right and the hair dryers weren't working either. I sent a note to property manager so maybe these items will be corrected.Everything was super clean except the balcony which I had to scrub with bleach. Rain & condensation pools here and causes mildew so something needs to be done to avoid renters needing to deal with this.

Some really nice features

Small conveniences are prevalent - wall hooks for wet swimwear and towels, small moveable tables in den so everyone had a place to set drinks and snacks, private bath for each bedroom, TVs in every BR, beds were comfy, pleasing decor, large balcony, very good view of the water. Also, uncrowded beach with a long stretch of beach with no development right next door. Our group of 6 adults and one child enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this condo.

Even better than the listing

Loved our stay. Condo is on the best stretch of beach on the island and there is a fantastic view of the beach and ocean from the balcony, living room and master bedroom. The location is great - 10 minute bike ride to the town on water. We debated between this condo and a number of cottages - very glad we chose this condo.

Good accommodations

Everything was great and according to advertisement. Our only complaint would be the problem with the elevator near the condo did not work for two days. After several attempts it was finally fixed. Also you need better instructions on using the TV's. Very frustrating not knowing which remote to use for what. The young man who came to fix the internet and TV was great.

Quiet Beautiful and Relaxing!

We enjoyed our stay at The Grand! This unit clean, cozy and has a great view! Kitchen was well stocked with supplies. Easy beach access and nice quiet pool. Would recommend!

Great Family Get-A-Way

Great location and amenities! Very clean and convenient to down town. Beach access is the best on the island and the pool was perfect for our 2 little boys! Thank you for a great Fall Break 2019!
