This home is very cute and comfortable. Nestled in the neighborhood, local (within a block) to downtown, great restaurants, great shopping and surrounded by water. If you enjoy walking, the mushroom homes are an easy walk (maybe 20 minutes). I would definitely stay there again. There is plenty of room in this home for several guests. I also liked the fact that there was a driveway so we never had to worry about parking.

Cute historic home

The listing is very accurate. The house is large inside with space for our family of 5. The neighborhood is within walking distance to town and the beach. There is a public walkway to the beach and it was not crowded. We appreciated the beach chairs and towels. Charlevoix has plenty of shops and restaurants. We loved our stay!

Late July/Early August 2023 Stay

This home was perfect for our family. Loved the porch and yard. Provided great options for bedrooms to suit adults and children. The proximity to beaches, Bridge Street, library, etc. made for easy walking for all and fun scootering for the children.

Clean home and clear communication from owner. Easy to find and check in. Good location and walkable to town. The home is in historical area and very old- so floors are a bit uneven and doors don't close/lock well. Stairway railing is very low and made us nervous lol. Linens are a bit worn. But otherwise as advertised. There is an apartment above the home that we didn't realize was there-didn't see anyone else though.

Great family stay

The property was beautiful, especially the first floor, perfect for relaxing. Two sofas in two different rooms, a huge table, and a well appointed kitchen. Could use rewiring and more outlets upstairs. We made good use of the wonderful porch, the weather was perfect, neighborhood was super convenient. We walked to the beach and downtown easily.
