Paihia Stay

Paihia is an amazing place. The stay we were at was beautiful. Everything was immaculate and extremelly clean.Views were amazing and easy check in and out.Only thing I can fault would be need of cooling in the house.

Elevated views

Clean, spacious and comfortable house to relax in whilst waiting out a weather bomb. Fabulous to see the view the next morning when it cleared.

Excellent Location

Lovely house. Beautiful location. Walking Distance from Paihia town. House contained all the necessary equipment. Very presentable looking living room.

Great position

A well-equipped, comfortable home in a great position. The house is within walking distance of the town and wharf areas - very handy for a wonderful holiday.

Great views, balconies and proximity to Paihia

We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the views and being able to walk to Paihia. The host was very responsive and communication was great. Nice to be able to bbq on the balcony. All in all a very enjoyable stay.

Difficult to leave!

Thanks Phil for the most fabulous stay in your house /appartment. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable and the views one had from the lounge room and balconies was awesome. We really would have liked to have stayed much longer, the house being equipped with everything one needed and just a great place to relax. Sun trap Paihia

Lovely accommodation walking distance to town (if you don't mind a short hill back). Clean bright and airy with views and decks to watch the sunset over the hills. With the winter sun shining in the lounge/kitchen area toasty warm. Beautifully presented and had every thing you need for preparing food at home. Close to the beautiful walk up the hill behind Paihia

Wonderful stay in Paihia. Property was as advertised. Very clean, well equipped, comfortable. Photos matched reality. We were able to park in the garage which was nice. Check-in was easy and straightforward. We would highly recommend.

Delightful Paihia House

There were 6 of us (3 couples) we all had a wonderful stay at this property. So clean, tidy and very comfortable. Lovely views! So close to everything around Paihia and to Waitangi. Great stay, very clean and pleasant. Location was super convenient and the house had a lovely view. It does get really hot in the afternoon. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. Overall, great stay.

Home away from home

This home is amazing and it had everything we needed. We all enjoyed the quiet, relaxing atmosphere and it was beautiful hearing the native birds singing in the mornings. We will definitely be back.

Superb in every way!

This is our second visit to the street, we just love staying here. It gets afternoon sun, a peep of the sea, and a short stroll into town. The house is very comfortable with everything you need, a great layout and lots of open plan living to enjoy. Highly recommend and looking forward to another visit soon!
