Gated riverfront property high in the lush Sierra Madre mountains, Villa Cascada is just 20 minutes from the sandy beaches Banderas Bay and 40 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. On property activities include 2 new Pickleball courts, Bocci Ball, 2 Swimming pools. A new 1200 SF yoga studio is now complete. We have 6 guest bedrooms now + 4 more bedrooms in Feb 2026! I partnered with Michael to purchase Villa Azalea and refresh this gorgeous riverfront destination in a protected natural area. We enjoy pickleball and just added 2 gorgeous (and shaded) pro pickleball courts.
