Special family celebration.

We were greeted warmly and made to feel welcome. The unit was comfy and when the heater got going cosy and warm. (The outside temp was 9 degrees c.) The facilities were homely but not flashy. Perfectly adequate for our short stay with the bed bed so comfortable that we slept in every morning! Thank you Jan & Phil.

Very pleasant space, and lovely bush setting outside. A very helpful and understanding host Jan, who went out of her way to make sure everything was good! I will be recommending this spot to others.

We didn't like the 14 steps down to the studio flat. Bed was comfortable though. Had to park on the road. Relatively easy to find.

Lovely spot

Clean and quiet. Plenty of space and comfortable bed. Good facilities and close to public transport if needed. Hosts were lovely.

Superb Accommodation and Value For Money

We stayed there fo 5 days and the host was very kind. Check in and out were very easy and smooth, including explanation of the facilities in the room. They even provided bread, cereals and fruits to us. Since we rent a car, our movement to all other attractions were very easy. Johnsonville downtown is about 1.5km and within walking distance. Both washer and dryer are free to use without requiring any coins.

Small apartment below the owners house, warm and quiet. Easy parking on the street a few metres away. Reasonable price and less than ten min drive to city.

Welcoming and comfortable

We loved our stay with Jan and Phil who seem to have thought about everything their guests would need and they made us feel very welcome! To us it felt like a 'home away from home'. Our only regret is that we were not able to stay in Wellington longer. There was plenty to do, including some amazing walks. We would certainly seek out this property again on subsequent visits and will happily recommend it to others.

Quiet bushland location

Gave ourselves a pat on the back for finding a perfect spot. Hosts delightful, accommodation just right, facilities provided were beyond expectations. No hesitation in recommending to family and friends. We’d certainly stay again!

Great stay & would stay again

Had a great stay, lovely layout of studio with the bedroom still having some seperation. Fantastic quiet location but quick to the city. Amazing price. Being a downstairs unit - when owners walking around upstairs it is a bit loud. Lovely breakfast left available.

The host is amazing!! Because we arrived late she come and checked on us the next morning. Made sure everything was alright, gave us some tips on the area. Made us feel welcome and comfortable. Property is in a lovely quiet neighborhood. I will book here again. Definity recommend.👍
