Lovely small, quiet, private complex located in Incline Village. This relaxing and refined unit offers 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped and ready for your family retreat. There is a deck with stunning lake front views off the living room and one off the master bedroom. There is also a private gated patio located at the property entrance great for relaxing and grilling.
We are located directly on the lake with a private beach, marina and swim platform.
Incline Village bike/ walking path is minutes from your front door. This path is 4 to 7 miles if you choose to ride to one of the most beautiful beaches in Lake Tahoe Sand Harbor State Beach.
WSTR24-0106 TOT # 4531 Occupancy 4, Beds 2, parking spots 1, no parking on roadways at any time. Diamond Peak Ski Resort is 5 minutes away. NorthStar is 15 mins while Palisades Tahoe and Alpine are 30 minutes. Tahoe City is 15 minutes away as well. There is world class golf and hiking all located in Incline Village.
